Frequently Asked Questions

A Transaction Pause Period is a short, automatic pause on digital transactions that happens after certain sensitive account changes, such as updating your registered mobile number, email address, or registered device.

This pause gives you time to detect and report any unauthorized changes before transactions resume.

The pause lasts 24 hours and lifts automatically. No action is required if you made the change yourself.

By default, the Transaction Pause Period is system-controlled and expires after 24 hours. Should you wish account changes to take effect immediately or shorten the transaction pause to less than 24 hours, please visit your store of account.

If the change was not made by you, please contact our Customer Service at +63288881700 immediately so we can help secure your store of account.
