Amendments to Unit Investment Trust Fund Declaration of Trust

 

Dear Valued Investors, 

 

To ensure that our unit investment trust funds (UITFs) are aligned with regulatory requirements, we had revised our Declarations of Trust / Plan Rules, as approved by the Board of Directors and/or the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas. Please see the updated Plan Rules effective April 2, 2026.

 
The changes include the alignment of termination and redemption provisions in accordance with regulations, conversion of cut-off time, change in the benchmark of the EastWest PSEi Tracker Fund and EastWest S&P 500 Index Feeder Fund.
