Promo Mechanics
1. Visa Cash App Racing Bulls (“the Team”), Visa Inc., Visa U.S.A. Inc., Visa International Service Association, Visa Canada Corporation, Visa Worldwide Pte. Ltd., Visa Europe Ltd., Visa Europe Services Inc., Visa Do Brasil Empreendimentos LTDA, Visa International Servicios de Pago España, S.R.L.U. and those entities controlling, controlled by, or under common control with, any of the foregoing, and any successors, successors in interest, and/or permitted assigns thereto, and each of their respective client financial institutions and merchants, and each of the foregoing’s parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, representatives, agents, designees, and advertising and promotion agencies, and the employees, personnel, designees, and representatives of all of the foregoing (collectively, “Visa”), Block, Inc., MKTG, Inc., the Visa Cash App Racing Bulls and any entities controlling, controlled by, or under common control with, each of the foregoing, and any successors, successors in interest, and/or permitted assigns thereto, and the foregoing’s parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, representatives, agents, designees, and the employees, personnel, designees, and representatives of the foregoing (each, a “Visa Party” and collectively, the “Visa Parties”) and any other Team and commercial sponsors are not responsible for the administration of the promotion.
The Team is not liable for anything arising out of this promotion including the fulfilment of any prizes. The prize must be accepted as awarded and is subject to all of the applicable terms and conditions prescribed to such prize, including those prescribed in these promo mechanics as well as passing necessary sanctions screening. By accepting the prize the holder is deemed to have accepted all of the applicable terms and conditions prescribed to such prize, including any entry and COVID-19 requirements. The prize is not negotiable and the winners/recipients must not re-sell or transfer the prize in any way, unless otherwise approved. In the event of the prize being unavailable through no fault or gross negligence on the part of Visa Worldwide Pte Ltd and EastWest Bank (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Promoter”), the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it for one of equal or greater value. Any substitution will be within the entire discretion of the Promoter. In the event the winner does not accept the substitution they will forfeit their right to the prize. So far as is permitted by law, the Visa Parties and other Team sponsors, EastWest Bank, and their associated companies and agents exclude responsibility and all liabilities arising from: (i) any postponement, cancellation or material change of the promotion of the race in Singapore and (ii) any act or default by a winner or their guest resulting in the winner or their guest being unable to activate the prize and/ or any elements of it. By participating in this promotion, the winner understands and agrees that he/she shall not being granted any rights (including any advertising, marketing or sponsorship rights) in relation to the Team or the race in Singapore (or any associated races, teams or drivers) and shall not conduct any related marketing or advertising campaigns, promotions or other activities. In exchange for being allowed to participate in the Promo, so far as is permitted by law, each winner/recipient hereby releases and forever discharges and agrees to indemnify EastWest Bank and the Visa Parties from any and all claims, demands, rights, expenses, actions, and causes of action, of whatever kind (collectively, “Claims”), arising from or by reason of any personal injury, bodily injury, property damage, or the consequences thereof, whether foreseeable or not, resulting from or in any way connected with his or her participation in the promotion, provided that such Claims do not result from any fault or gross negligence on the part of EastWest Bank or the Visa Parties. So far as is permitted by law the winner/recipient further covenants and agrees that for the consideration stated above, he or she will hold forever harmless and will not take legal action against EastWest Bank and any Visa Party for any claim for damages arising or growing out of his or her participation in the Promotion whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
2. The Race Experience in Singapore 2026Raffle Promo (the “Promo”) is open to all Principal and Supplementary EastWest Visa Infinite, EastWest Visa Platinum, EastWest Visa Gold, EastWest Puregold Always Panalo Visa, EastWest foodpanda Visa, and EastWest Visa Classic Credit Cardholders (“Cardholders”) in good credit standing*, active, and current at the time of the raffle draw up to the time of awarding of the raffle prize(s). Purchases made by the Supplementary Cardholder will be counted under the Principal Cardholder.
3. The promo is from May 16 to July 16, 2026 (the “Promo Period”).
4. Principal cardholders must register once through EastWest’s ESTA web bot at www.ewlend.com/VisaSGRaceRaffle within the Promo Period to participate in the Promo.
Upon accessing the ESTA web bot, Cardholders will be prompted to confirm their participation in the Promo. Once registration is successfully completed, a confirmation message will be displayed on the bot interface.
5. There will be two (2) winners of one (1) Race Experience in Singapore 2026Raffle Promo Race Package each happening on October 8 to 12, 2026, in Singapore. Each package is good for two (2) pax and shall have the following inclusions courtesy of Visa
Race Package inclusions:
- Round trip Business Class tickets to and from Manila to Singapore for 2 pax
- 5 days, 4 nights 5-star hotel accommodation based on double occupancy with breakfast for 2 pax
- Local ground transportation from/to the hotel to/from circuit (for 2 pax)
- 2-day Paddock Club ticket for Saturday Qualifying day and Sunday Race Day for 2 pax
- Day tour of Singapore (Friday,9 October) (for 2 pax)
- Branded Visa Cash App Racing Bulls team gift package (1 gift package per pax, for 2 pax)
6. Cardholders shall earn e-raffle entries for every Php1,000 minimum single-receipt straight or installment (principal amount) spend transacted from 12:00 AM of May 16, 2026 until 11:59 PM of July 16, 2026.

7. EastWest Visa credit cards approved and activated within the Promo Period shall receive five (5) e-raffle entries.
8. Transactions qualified to earn raffle entries shall include straight/retail or merchant installment transactions, online purchases, mail/telephone order transactions, Quick Bills, and auto charged transactions enrolled directly with merchants.
9. The following transactions are not qualified to earn raffle entries:
- Quasi-cash, gaming, gambling, online trading and other related transactions
- Refunded, disputed, unauthorized or fraudulent transactions
- Cash advances
- Balance Conversions and Convert-to-Installment transactions
- Insta-Cash
- Balance Transfer
- Finance charges and all other fees & charges
10. E-raffle numbers will be computer-generated and will be electronically drawn using an electronic raffle program (i.e., Random.org).
11. Raffle draw will be on July 28, 2026 at The Beaufort, 5th Avenue corner 23rd Street, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, in the presence of representatives from EastWest and the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).
12. Prior to the raffle draw, an eDM and/or viber notification on earned e-raffle entries will be sent to the qualified EastWest Visa Credit Cardholders’ registered mobile number and/or e-mail address. To ensure receipt of notification, cardholders must keep their contact information with EastWest updated.
13. A Cardholder can only win once. The winner will be notified on August 3, 2026, via the Cardholder’s registered mobile number and e-mail address, and through a registered mail notification of their winning, and shall be given 60 days from the date of notification to confirm his/her participation/availment of the raffle prize.
14. The winner must provide their Tax Identification Number (TIN), a copy of a valid government-issued ID, and a signed Winner Acknowledgement Form, which must be submitted to EastWest via e-mail to csdocs@eastwestbanker.com within 60 days from the receipt of the notification of their winning by registered mail. By participating in this Promo, the winner provide their consent to process their personal information for the purposes of this Promo.
15. The winner and the companion must have an active passport with at least 6 months validity from October 8, 2026.
16. If the winner is not able to submit any of the requirements as stated in item number 14, EastWest reserves the right to select another winner from the winner buffer list with prior approval from DTI.
17. The raffle prizes are transferable to first degree family members and not convertible to cash and cannot be replaced with other items/ services.
In case of a transfer, the winner must surrender a certified letter indicating the complete name of the person to whom he/she is transferring the prize package to. The transferee of the prize package should provide and comply with the same documentary requirements, and comply with the deadline of document submission. The transferee must be an existing EastWest Visa Credit Cardholder.
18. The roundtrip business class flights from Manila to Singapore, Singapore shall be subject to the following flight terms and conditions:
- The winner shall travel on October 8, 2026 in time for the Singapore race experience.
- The dates of the flights shall be determined by EastWest and Visa. Winner can choose to extend the trip provided that any extensions beyond the last day of travel, October 12, 2026, are advised and acceptable by Visa prior to ticketing.
- All flights are non-changeable, non-refundable and non-transferrable once ticketed.
- Flights shall be delivered by international carriers/airlines as available.
- Only the cost of flights is covered.
- Other costs related to travel such as passport, travel insurance, additional baggage costs beyond allocated baggage weight, terminal fees, incidental expenses while in transit, etc., are excluded.
19. All travel insurance, personal passport, and other ancillary costs, except those stated above, to be incurred by the winner and their nominated companions are the responsibility of the winner and his/her nominated companions.
20. The winning transaction must not be under dispute or reversed at the time of the draw and upon claiming of the prize.
21. Prize taxes shall be shouldered by EastWest.
22. Employees of EastWest and Visa, including their relatives up to the second degree of affinity or consanguinity, are disqualified from joining the promo.
23. EastWest holds the right to certify whether or not the winning Cardholder is an eligible cardholder and his/her account satisfies the criteria set in the Promo mechanics.
24. By joining the Promo, the Cardholder confirms the she/he has read and understood and agrees with the mechanics of the Promo as well as the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards.
25. The winners shall grant EastWest and Visa the exclusive permission to use and disclose personal information, photographs and videos in connection with the promo for marketing purposes and waive any claims to royalty, right, grant or remuneration for such use on TV, radio, website or social media pages. The winners may likewise be required to participate in publicity programs which EastWest and/or Visa may organize. Expenses and/or costs for attending such functions shall be shouldered by the winners.
26. Upon claiming of the prize, the winners agree to free EastWest and Visa from any liability for damages suffered as a result of using the raffle prize(s), provided such damages are not the result of serious and deliberate misconduct on the side of EastWest or Visa. EastWest and Visa shall not be held liable for any claim related to the raffle rewards. Consequently, EastWest and Visa shall not entertain any request for indemnity of reimbursement accompanying such claim.
27. All questions and disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the Promo shall be resolved by EastWest.
18. In case of disputes relating to the Promo, the decision of EastWest shall be conclusive with the approval of DTI.
* Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, those with EastWest Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards.
