2025 JCB SUPPLEMENTARY CARD CAMPAIGN Terms and Conditions
1. The promo is open to all Principal EastWest JCB Credit Cardholders (“Principal Cardholder”) in good credit standing*.
2. Promo period is from October 1 to December 31, 2025.
3. To join, the Principal Cardholder must apply for supplementary card/s by:
- Chatting with ESTA, the EastWest System Tech Assistant, via Facebook Messenger (search for EW Credit Cards). Once logged into ESTA, principal cardholder must go to the Apply menu and choose Supplementary;
- Calling EastWest’s 24-hour Customer Service at (+632) 8888-1700;
- Visiting any EastWest store.
4. The Principal Cardholder may apply for a maximum of two (2) Supplementary Cardholders within the promo period. Supplementary Card Applicants must be at least 13 years old for relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity and affinity and at least 16 years old for non-relatives.
5. Only applications received during the promo period with complete information and documentary requirements shall be processed.
6. To qualify for the cash credit, the Supplementary Cardholder must reach the spend requirement in a single/accumulated transaction/s using his/her newly approved supplementary card within ninety (90) days from card approval date.
Cash advance availments, Insta-Cash, Balance Transfer, Convert-to-Installment, Quick Bills transactions, fees and charges are not considered as qualified spend for the promo.

7. Principal Cardholder must be in good credit standing throughout the promo period until the posting of the cash credit/s.
8. The cash credit will be posted in the Principal Cardholder’s Statement of Account (SOA) on the next billing cycle after the newly approved supplementary card has reached the spend requirement.
9. The Principal Cardholder understands and agrees that, as a condition for receiving the cash credit/s under this Program, the Supplementary Cardholder/s must be active and not cancelled until its/their next anniversary date. If the Supplementary Card is cancelled before its anniversary date, the Bank reserves the right to reverse the cash credit posted to the Principal Cardholder’s account.
10. The issuance and use of the supplementary card are subject to the Bank’s credit policies and the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards.
11. Disputes in respect of the Principal or Supplementary Cardholder’s eligibility, coverage of the promo period, and fulfillment shall be resolved by EastWest at its sole discretion with prior approval from DTI.
Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, those whose EastWest Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen and those who have not, otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards.
