1. Promo Scope
   1. The EastWest EasyOwn Power Rate Deals Promo (“Promo”) is open to all eligible borrowers who submit a complete EastWest home loan application (“Home Loan Application”) from July 9, 2026 to September 30, 2026 (“Promo Period”).
   2. To qualify, the Home Loan Application must be approved and booked on or before March 31, 2027 (“Availment Period”).
   3. The Promo is applicable to Home Loan applications received through any of the following channels:
      1. EastWest branches nationwide;
      2. EastWest-accredited developers and brokers;
      3. EastWest Home Loan website; or
      4. EastWest Home Loan email address.
          
2. Details of Promo Offer
   1. Eligible borrowers may choose from the following discounted home loan rates, subject to EastWest’s evaluation:
      • 6.25% fixed for 1 year;
      • 7.75% fixed for 3 years; or
      • 7.00% fixed for 5 years.
         
3. Qualification Requirements
   1. The Promo is applicable to all EastWest Home Loan products and purposes, including purchase, refinancing or home equity.
   2. Minimum loan term is 15 years.
   3. Minimum loan amount is Php 3,000,000.00.
   4. The eligible borrower should submit all required application documents along with a completed Home Loan Application form within the Promo Period.
   5. All Home Loan Applications by eligible borrowers will go through EastWest’s standard review, evaluation and approval process, once all required loan documents are submitted.
   6. For pre-termination of Home Loan applications that are approved and booked under the Promo, a pre-termination fee of 3% of the remaining outstanding balance and Php 5,000 processing fee shall be charged to the borrower.
   7. At the end of the approved fixed-rate term, the home loan shall be repriced based on EastWest’s prevailing repricing rate at the time of adjustment.
   8. The Promo cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with EastWest’s Home Loan promos or offers.
   9. Terms and conditions indicated in the Terms and Conditions Governing EastWest Home Loan Accounts shall apply and supplement this promo mechanics. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Promo Mechanics and the Terms and Conditions Governing EastWest Home Loan Accounts, this promo mechanics shall prevail.
   10. For any concern, inquiry on the Promo or concerns on the EastWest Home Loan application or Home Loan account, borrowers may email ewb-homeloans@eastwestbanker.com or visit any EastWest branch.
   11. In cases of dispute relating to the Promo including, but not limited to the borrower’s eligibility, the decision of EastWest with the concurrence of the Department of Trade and Industry shall be reviewed and resolved in accordance with the promo mechanics and applicable rules and regulations, without prejudice to the borrower’s right to seek further recourse under applicable laws and regulations.
