Promo Mechanics

General Terms and Conditions

The EastWest Garmin Pay Welcome Reward Promo (“Promo”) is open to individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Filipino citizens or residents of the Philippines;
- Twenty-one (21) to sixty-four (64) years old;
- Do not have an existing principal EastWest Credit Card at the time of application; and
- Successfully complete an EastWest Credit Card application through the designated QR code displayed at participating Garmin stores during the Promo Period.
The Promo Period is from September 28, 2026 to November 30, 2026.
All credit card applications must be fully completed and submitted on or before November 30, 2026.
Employees of EastWest Bank, its affiliates, agencies, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the Promo.

Participating Garmin Stores

Application for an EastWest Credit Card shall be exclusively through the designated QR codes displayed at participating Garmin stores listed below. Applications made through any other channel shall not qualify for the Promo.

The participating Garmin stores are limited to serving as promotional venues for the QR code placement. Garmin store personnel shall not process, evaluate, approve, or decline any credit card application. All credit decisions shall remain solely with EastWest Bank.

Eligible Credit Cards

The Promo applies to all principal EastWest Credit Cards available for new-to-bank acquisition during the Promo Period, subject to EastWest Bank's credit policies, approval processes, and product availability.

Qualification for the Welcome Reward

To qualify for the Promo, an applicant must:
1. Scan the designated QR code displayed at a participating Garmin store during the Promo Period;
2. Complete and submit the application on or before November 30, 2026;
3. Obtain approval for an eligible EastWest Credit Card;
4. Successfully activate the approved EastWest Credit Card on or before February 15, 2027; and
5. Be successfully identified and tracked in EastWest's records as a Garmin-referred application originating from the designated Garmin QR code.
Qualified Cardholders who satisfy all the requirements stated above shall receive a Php 1,500 Cash rebate (the “Promo Reward”).
Only the principal Cardholder shall be eligible for the Promo Reward.
A qualified Cardholder may receive the Promo Reward only once under the Promo regardless of the number of applications submitted or cards approved.

Reward Crediting

The Php 1,500 Promo Reward shall be credited to the qualified Cardholder's approved and activated EastWest Credit Card account.
The reward crediting schedule shall be as follows:

EastWest shall have the right to certify eligibility of the Cardholder and determine whether the account satisfies the criteria set in these Promo mechanics.
The Php 1,500 Promo Reward is non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash.

General Provisions

By joining the Promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agreed to these Promo mechanics.
The issuance and use of EastWest Credit Cards shall remain subject to EastWest Bank's credit policies and the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards. Such terms and conditions are incorporated herein by reference and form an integral part of these Promo mechanics.
EastWest reserves the right to verify and validate all applications and supporting information submitted in relation to this Promo.
EastWest may disqualify any participant found to have violated these Promo mechanics or whose application contains incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, or misleading information.
Subject to the Data Privacy Act of 2012, qualified Cardholders authorize EastWest Bank to collect, process, and use their personal information for purposes related to the administration of the Promo.
All questions or disputes regarding a Cardholder's eligibility for the Promo shall be resolved by EastWest Bank within reasonable time.
In case of disputes relating to the Promo, the decision of EastWest Bank shall be final and conclusive with the concurrence of DTI.
