Promo Mechanics
1. The Free QR InstaPay Promo (“the Promo”) is open to all EastWest retail/ individual clients.
2. Clients must be registered on the EasyWay App and must have an active EastWest Peso deposit account.
3. All transactions made via QR InstaPay (the “Eligible Transactions”) are free of service fees during the promo period.
4. For eligible transactions, the service fee will be charged during the transaction and will be automatically credited back to the client’s account within two weeks from the transaction date.
5. The promo is non-transferable, and cannot be converted or exchanged for cash, credit, benefit, advantage, or any property.
6. This promo is subject to InstaPay transaction limits, and EastWest Bank’s terms and conditions.

7. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with other ongoing promos.

9. All questions or disputes regarding the client’s eligibility or promo mechanics shall be resolved by EastWest, with the concurrence of the Department of Trade and Industry, in accordance with applicable laws and regulatory guidelines.
