1. This promo is open to all EastWest Bank Store-Referred and Direct Auto Loan clients with applications received and subsequently approved between August 10 to November 10, 2026. Loan must be booked within 3 months from approval.

2. To qualify, the availed EastWest auto loan should meet the following criteria:

• Loan application must be under Purchase Order (PO) Transaction;
• Loan term of 36 to 60 months;
• Minimum loan amount of Php500,000; and
• Maximum vehicle Suggested Retail Price (SRP) of Php5,000,000;
• Loaned vehicle must be for private use only;
• Applicable only to Brand New Private Vehicles (Sedan, AUV, SUV, Pick-up and Wagon, internal combustion engine (ICE) vehicles and electric vehicles (EVs)) excluding the following:

▪ Commercial Vehicles even privately used;

▪ For Hire Vehicles;

▪ Transportation Network Vehicle Service (TNVS) such as Grab;

▪ High Value Vehicles (Subject to Insurer’s approval of Php5,000,000 and above);

▪ Converted, rebuilt;

▪ Gray markets or any unit without local dealership are subject to approval;

▪ Blue, red and special plates;

▪ Units carrying hazardous materials and petrol;

▪ Units used for logistics and pharmaceuticals are subject to approval;

3. Upon availment of the promo, the loaned vehicle insurance shall be locked in with EastWest Insurance Brokerage, Inc. (EWIB) for the duration of the loan term.

Upon renewal, the client’s submission of their own motor car insurance policy will not be accepted.

4. To avail of the Promo, the client will sign an Authority to Renew Insurance Policy agreement and shall also sign an Automatic Debit Arrangement (ADA) with EWIB representing the annual insurance premium for the 2nd year up to loan maturity for the motor car insurance coverage.

5. This promo shall not include Compulsory Third Party Liability (CTPL).

6. This promo may be combined with other existing EastWest Auto Loan Promos, when applicable and subject to EastWest's terms and conditions.

7. This promo is subject to EastWest Auto Loan’s standard loan evaluation, terms, and conditions.

8. Promo offers are not convertible to cash and are non-transferable.

9. Directors and officers of EastWest Bank (and its subsidiaries and affiliates), including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity, are disqualified from joining the Promo.

10. In case of dispute relating to the promo, the decision of EastWest shall be resolved in accordance with the promo mechanics and DTI rules and regulations, without prejudice to the client’s right to seek further recourse under applicable laws and regulations.
