Apply and Earn Php 200 Instaperx Voucher

1. Eligibility

• The Promo is open to all customers applying for a new principal credit card from EastWest Bank through their designated online application channel within the promo period.
   

2. Promo Period

• The Promo will run from December 15, 2025 to March 31, 2026.
   

3. How to Qualify

• To be eligible for the Promo, the customer must: 
  a. Apply for a new principal Eastwest Bank JCB Credit Card.
  b. Ensure that the online credit card application form is fully completed and submitted within the promo period
   

4. Reward

• Qualified customers will receive a ₱200 Instaperx SM Gift Pass code from the Bank within five (5) banking days after successfully completing the online credit card application form.
   

5. Reward Delivery and Voucher Validity

• The unique Instaperx SM Gift Pass code will be sent to the registered email address provided in the application form, along with the redemption process and list of participating merchants.
• The Instaperx SM Gift Pass voucher is redeemable within 60 days upon receipt.
   

Terms & Conditions

1. This Promo is offered by EastWest Bank (“the Bank”). Applications and rewards will be processed according to the Bank’s internal procedures.

2. The Promo is valid only for applications submitted through EastWest Bank’s designated online channels. Applications submitted through other channels (e.g., in-branch, third-party agents, external partner platforms) are not eligible.

3. Only new principal credit card applications are eligible.

• Existing JCB cardholders applying for upgrades or supplementary cards are not qualified.

4. Each qualified customer is entitled to receive the reward only once, regardless of the number of applications submitted during the promo period.

5. To qualify for the reward, the online credit card application form must be fully accomplished and submitted within the promo period.

• Incomplete, invalid, or duplicate submissions will not be qualified.

6. The reward will be sent to the email address provided in the application form.

• EastWest Bank is not liable for non-receipt due to incorrect, inaccessible, or inactive email addresses.

7. Rewards are non-transferable, not convertible to cash, and not exchangeable for other forms of credit or rewards.

8. The validity, redemption, and merchant acceptance of the Instaperx SM Gift Pass code are governed by Instaperx’s and SM’s terms, conditions, and merchant policies.

9. EastWest Bank reserves the right to verify the eligibility of customers and may withhold the reward if fraudulent activity, misuse, or any violation of the promo mechanics is suspected.

10. By joining the Promo, customers agree to abide by the Promo Mechanics and Terms & Conditions, including any amendments approved by the proper regulatory authority.

11. EastWest Bank reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promo for any reason, with prior notice to the DTI as required.

12. In case of disputes, the decision of EastWest Bank, as concurred with the DTI, shall be final and binding.
