Promo Mechanics

Eligibility: 

Promo is valid for all EastWest account holders registered on EasyWay who have an active Komo Savings account within the promo duration. 

Qualifying Action: 

Use InstaPay during the promo period and enjoy a refund of up to ₱240 worth of InstaPay fees (equivalent to 30 InstaPay transfers) 

Users not eligible for the promo:  

  • Blacklisted accounts or users flagged in the bank’s internal monitoring systems 
  • New and existing linked EWRB on Komo 

Reward Crediting 

  • The ₱240 InstaPay fee reward will be credited on July 9, 2026, which is within seven (7) business days the promo period.

1. Who can join the promo?

The promo is open to all EastWest account holders registered on EasyWay with an active Komo Savings Account during the promo period.

2. What is the promo period?

The promo runs from June 1 to June 30, 2026.

3. What reward can I get from the promo?

Qualified customers may receive up to ₱240 worth of InstaPay fee refunds, equivalent to up to thirty (30) InstaPay transfers.

4. How do I qualify for the InstaPay fee refund?

To qualify, you must:

  • Be an EastWest account holder registered on EasyWay
  • Have an active Komo Savings Account during the promo period
  • Perform InstaPay transfers using your Komo account from June 1 to June 30, 2026

5. Is there a limit to the InstaPay fee refund?

Yes. Customers may receive refunds of up to ₱240 worth of InstaPay fees only, equivalent to a maximum of thirty (30) InstaPay transfers.

6. When will the InstaPay fee refund be credited?

The InstaPay fee refund will be credited on July 9, 2026, within seven (7) business days after the promo period ends.

7. Do I need to register separately for the promo?

No separate registration is required. Eligible customers who meet all promo conditions will automatically qualify, subject to the Bank’s validation and approval.

8. Are existing Komo users eligible for the promo?

Yes. Existing Komo users may qualify for the promo, provided they are EastWest account holders registered on EasyWay and meet the qualifying requirements.

9. Are linked EWRB users on Komo eligible for the promo?

No. New and existing linked EWRB users on Komo are not eligible for the promo.

10. Are blacklisted or flagged accounts eligible for the promo?

No. Blacklisted accounts or users flagged in the Bank’s internal monitoring systems are not eligible for the promo.

11. How will I know if I qualified for the promo?

Qualified customers will receive the InstaPay fee refund directly in their Komo Savings Account on the scheduled crediting date, subject to validation and approval by the Bank.

12. What InstaPay transactions are included in the promo?

Only InstaPay transfers successfully completed using the Komo app during the promo period from June 1 to June 30, 2026 are qualified for the fee refund.
