1. The promo is open to all active EastWest credit cardholders (“Cardholders”) in good credit standing*. 

2. Promo period is from July 15 to September 30, 2026.

3. Cardholders can enjoy 20% off on all regular-priced items from participating brands (Carrier, Condura, Shark, and Ninja) at ConcepStore.ph by using the promo code ConcepStoreEWB20.

4. Offer is valid on all regular-priced brands – Carrier, Condura, Shark, and Ninja 

5. The discount amount cannot be applied retroactively. 

6. Purchase must be made using an eligible EastWest credit card during the promo period. 

7. To avail of the offer, the Cardholder must follow these steps: 

1. Go to concepstore.ph 
2. Select a product under Carrier, Condura, Shark or Ninja then add to cart 
3. Go to cart page and select Checkout 
4. Fill out necessary details for delivery
5. Select “Add discount”
6. Input promo code: ConcepStoreEWB20 and select Apply
7. Review the delivery address and order details and use a qualified EastWest Credit Card as the payment method then click “Pay now”. 

8. Promo offer is not convertible to cash or gift certificates, credit, or other goods and services 

9. This Promo offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promo and discount that requires a promo code. 

10. Issues related to the ConcepStore transaction should be directed to and will be resolved by ConcepStore. 

11. EastWest makes no representation for ConcepStore and all feedback regarding the quality of the goods and services provided should be directed to the respective merchant. 

12. By joining this Promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agreed to the mechanics of the Promo including, but not limited to these terms and conditions.

14. Terms and conditions indicated in the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Card shall apply. 

15. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder's eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by EastWest. In case of disputes relating to the promo, the decision of EastWest and ConcepStore shall be reviewed and resolved in accordance with the promo mechanics and DTI rules and regulations, without prejudice to the Cardholder’s right to seek further recourse under applicable laws and regulations. 

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, those with EastWest Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards.
