15% OFF at The Travel Club

1. The 15% Off at The Travel Club Promo (the “Promo”) is open to EastWest Debit Cards and Credit Cards (Individual Principal and Supplementary) cardholders who are active and in good credit standing*.

2. Promo period is from April 15 – April 30, 2026 (the “Promo Period”).

Eligible cardholders are entitled to 15% OFF on select regular-priced items for a minimum spend of P15,000 when they purchase at The Travel Club participating stores using their EastWest Debit or Credit Cards during the Promo Period. The Promo is applicable to the following The Travel Club brands:

5. EastWest cardholder must meet the minimum purchase requirement of Php 15,000.00 and charge the total amount to their qualified EastWest Debit or Credit Card through The Travel Club’s Point-Of-Sale Terminal in a single receipt/transaction.

6. EastWest credit cardholders can avail of 0% interest on installment payment. The minimum purchase amount for installment is Php3,000 (net amount, and valid for single or multiple item purchases),

• 3 months – Minimum purchase requirement of Php 3,000
• 6 months – Minimum purchase requirement of Php 7,000
• 12 months – Minimum purchase requirement of Php 25,000

8. The Travel Club has the sole discretion in determining the items or services eligible for the 0% installment offering, as well as the applicable installment term (i.e., 3 mos., 6 mos., or 12 mos.).

9. The 0% interest on installment offer shall apply provided that the cardholders pay their total statement balance in full.**

10. The credit cardholder's EastWest Credit Card account must be active and current at all times. In the event that the cardholder's EastWest Credit Card is suspended, cancelled, or not renewed, or should the cardholder fail to make payments, breach or violate the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards, the remaining unpaid installment amount, as well as the entire outstanding balance of the cardholder's EastWest Credit Card account, shall immediately become due and demandable.

11. In case of partial payment by the credit cardholder of the installment amount, the unpaid balance shall incur the usual finance charges imposed on revolving balances in accordance with the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards.

12. If the credit cardholder pays the installment amount in full per month but has an outstanding or revolving balance on his/her previous/other purchases or installment availments, his/her EastWest Credit Card account shall likewise incur finance charges.

13. In case of pre-termination of the installment transaction, the credit cardholder agrees to pay an Installment Pre-termination Processing Fee equivalent to 5% of the remaining principal balance or Php500, whichever is higher.

14. All transactions are subject to EastWest’s credit authorization criteria upon purchase of goods/services.

15. Terms and Conditions for Merchant Installment indicated in the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards shall apply.

16. The Promo is not convertible to cash or gift certificates and is not valid in conjunction with other promotions, offers, discounts/privileges and giveaways.

17. EastWest Bank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the Promo Period. Should a cardholder receive the discount on a transaction that was later deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the Promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent, or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount shall be charged by EastWest to the cardholder’s credit or debit account.

Any dispute concerning the products purchased or services of The Travel Club related to the Promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and The Travel Club with the concurrence of the DTI. EastWest Bank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute. However, EastWest shall provide reasonable assistance to the cardholder in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the Promo shall be resolved by EastWest. In case of disputes related to the Promo, the decision of EastWest and The Travel Club shall be conclusive with approval from DTI. 

19. By joining this Promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agreed to the mechanics of the Promo.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, those whose EastWest cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not, otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards or the General Terms and Conditions Governing EastWest Deposit Accounts.

**Each fixed monthly installment forms part of the total statement balance. Should the Cardholder opt to pay only the minimum payment due, this would include only a percentage of the monthly installment. In which case, an interest charge will be imposed in addition to the applicable interest due on the monthly installment.
