Enter your personal information as requested on the registration form.

  • Create your Priority Pass account to complete the registration. This will enable access to your Digital Membership Card.
  • ALWAYS remind client that the name to be registered should match the name on their Passport or Government issued ID

On the billing details make sure to input the EastWest Visa Infinite Priority Credit Card number. Other credit card products will not be accepted by the system.

  • This page will display your membership details and provide instructions on how to access your Digital Membership Card. You may also scan the QR code to download the Priority Pass app.

Frequently Asked Questions

Migrating to the digital app means that all your information as a Priority Pass client will now be moved to the app.  You can easily check which airport lounge you can go to, how many remaining complimentary accesses you still have and the chosen mode of payment should the number of visits exceed the complimentary lounge access given to you.  You no longer have to bring your Priority Pass plastic membership card to enjoy all these.

Complimentary membership to the Priority Pass program is a key benefit for existing EastWest Priority clients (eligible clients) with an EastWest Visa Infinite Credit Card.  Eligible clients are those who have an existing EastWest Priority banking relationship with the bank as of today.  To fully enjoy the benefits of the Priority Pass program, we invite you to visit the nearest EastWest Bank to begin your Priority Banking Relationship. 

The Unique Invitation Codes (UIC) will be sent to the email address of eligible clients before June 30, 2025.  You can enroll to the digital app starting June 30, 2025 and immediately get your virtual digital Priority Pass. 

Eligible EastWest Priority clients will receive the Unique Invitation code (UIC) before June 30, 2025.  Once you receive it, you can download the Priority Pass app and enter the UIC emailed to you and other information Priority Pass may require.

Effective June 30, 2025, you may use your Priority Pass membership to access the Marhaba Lounge.  Your Visa Infinite Priority credit card will no longer be eligible as a “show card” at the Marhaba Lounge.

You can enroll in Priority Pass anytime starting June 30, 2025.  Though there is no deadline up to when one can enroll, your existing Priority Pass Membership Card shall be valid until July 31, 2025 only.  Physical Priority Pass Membership Cards will no longer be accepted starting August 1, 2025.

No, the assigned UIC can only be used by the principal cardholder.

Yes, companions are allowed. However, once the 6 complimentary access passes are used up, a fee of USD 35 per guest will be charged.

No, only 1 UIC is allowed per principal cardholder.

You may access your other bank Priority Pass lounge access through the same app but the credentials to be used will be the credentials that you provided when you signed up using your other bank’s UIC.
