EastWest Visa Infinite Benefits Platform

Terms and Conditions

1. The access to and the benefits in the EastWest Visa Infinite Benefits Platform is exclusively available to New-to-Bank (NTB) EastWest Priority clients who will meet the following eligibility criteria:

1. Must have at least ₱10,000,000 initial Total Relationship Balance; and
2. Must successfully apply and be approved for an EastWest Visa Infinite Credit Card, and
3. Must activate said card and maintain it in good credit standing*.

Note: For purposes of this Program, “New‑to‑Bank” (NTB) refers to individuals with no existing deposit account or principal credit card relationship with EastWest Bank at the time of application.

2. Qualified clients shall receive complimentary access to the EastWest Visa Infinite Benefits Platform, which includes the following benefits, subject to the platform’s terms and conditions:

• Airport Transfers worth ₱8,000, and
• Spa and/or Golf Access worth ₱14,000, redeemable at partner spa and golf establishments

3. The validity period of the above-mentioned benefits shall be ninety (90) days from the card activation date of the EastWest Visa Infinite Credit Card. Unused benefits after this period will be forfeited.

4. Access to the EastWest Visa Infinite Benefits Platform shall be granted to the principal cardholder after all eligibility requirements have been met, including account opening, required placement, and EastWest Visa Infinite Credit Card approval and activation. Instructions on how to access the platform shall be communicated to qualified clients using their registered contact details.

5. The following are not eligible to participate in the Program:

1. Existing EastWest Priority or EastWest Credit Card clients;
2. Clients whose EastWest Visa Infinite Credit Card application is declined or cancelled
3. Clients who fail to meet or maintain the required minimum placement

6. All credit card applications are subject to EastWest Bank’s credit evaluation, approval, and existing policies.

7. Access to and the benefits in the EastWest Visa Infinite Benefits Platform are non‑transferable, non‑convertible to cash or other products, and cannot be exchanged or assigned.

8. Any suspected or actual fraud, abuse, or misuse of the program or its benefits may result in immediate suspension or termination of the Client’s access to the platform and forfeiture of any unredeemed benefits, at the Bank’s sole discretion.

9. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Bank, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from the Client’s participation in the program or use of benefits, including those related to third-party partner services.

10. All participating airport transfer, golf, and spa partners are owned and operated by third-party organizations. The Client must abide by the rules and policies of each participating partner. The Client accepts that the operator of the EastWest Visa Infinite Benefits Platform has no control over the participating partners’ decisions on the availment of benefits by the Client, the number of guests allowed in their establishment, access to their facilities, opening/closing times, the length of time which Clients may spend in the establishment, or the personnel employed by the establishment. Continued access to the platform is not guaranteed and is subject to partner availability.

11. EastWest shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by the Client arising from or in connection with the use or inability to use the benefits provided by third-party partners, including but not limited to service quality, availability, or partner actions.

12. The Client agrees that by registering and using the EastWest Visa Infinite Benefits Platform, he/she has read, agrees to, and accepts the EastWest Visa Infinite Benefits Platform Terms and Conditions and the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards.

13. By participating in the program, the Client consents to the collection, use, and sharing of their personal information with third-party partners as necessary for the fulfillment of program benefits, in accordance with the Bank’s Data Privacy Policy.

14. For any inquiry or concern on the EastWest Visa Infinite Credit Card account or the EastWest Visa Infinite Benefits Platform, Cardholders may contact EastWest’s 24-Hour Priority Banking Hotline at (+632) 8888-1788 or e-mail cards@eastwestbanker.com.

15. Disputes regarding the Client’s eligibility, program coverage, and fulfillment of benefits shall be resolved by EastWest in accordance with BSP Consumer Protection regulations.

16. EastWest Bank reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the EastWest Visa Infinite Benefits Platform or any of its terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable laws and regulations.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, those whose EastWest Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not, otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards.
