EastWest Priority Visa Infinite Credit Card

Terms and Conditions

1. The principal cardholder is entitled to the complimentary Priority Pass membership inclusive of six (6) free airport lounge visits every calendar year based on the following eligibility criteria:

  1. EastWest Priority Visa Infinite credit card is active, current, and in good credit standing1,
  2. Customer is an existing EastWest Priority client, and
  3. Maintains the required Primary2 Total Relationship Balance (TRB) of PHP 2,500,000.

2. The eligible principal cardholder should register to the Priority Pass program for a complimentary membership by downloading the Priority Pass app on iOS or via the Google Play Store, or by accessing the website www.prioritypass.com/ewpriority with his assigned invitation code from his valid EastWest Priority Visa Infinite Credit Card.

3. The Priority Pass Digital Membership is non-transferrable. It can only be used by the Cardholder whose name appears on the membership app.

4. The Priority Pass membership is linked to the EastWest Priority Visa Infinite credit card issued to the Cardholder, and his/ her EastWest Priority Status must meet the required TRB condition. Cancellation, suspension, or conversion of the EastWest Priority Visa Infinite credit card, regardless of reason; loss of the Priority Status or not meeting the required TRB condition, will automatically terminate the Priority Pass membership associated with it, including all related lounge access rights and benefits.

5. Conditions for the use of the annual complimentary airport lounge visit/s:

  1. Cardholder is entitled to a maximum of six (6) complimentary lounge visits every calendar year, subject to the condition that the Cardholder is an existing EastWest Priority Client who meets the required Total Relationship Balance at time of lounge visit availment.
  2. Availment of the free annual lounge visits applies to the Cardholder and accompanying guest/s.
  3. The free lounge visit counter is reset at the beginning of each calendar year. Unused complimentary lounge visits are not carried over to the following year.
  4. Lounge visit availment of the Cardholder and companion exceeding six (6) complimentary visits for the year, or Cardholder who is not or no longer an existing Priority Client who meets the required TRB, will be subject to a fee of USD 293or the prevailing visit fee per person at the time of use, which will be charged to the Cardholder's EastWest Priority Visa Infinite credit card.

6. The Lounge Visit Fee will be charged to the Cardholder's EastWest Priority Visa Infinite credit card in Philippine Peso, subject to EastWest's prevailing foreign conversion exchange rate at the time of visit.

Lounge Visit Fee (per person/visit) if:

· Excess of the (6) annual complimentary, or

· Cardholder who is not/no longer an existing Priority Client who meets the required Total Relationship Balance

7. Entry to participating airport lounges:

  1.  The Priority Pass Digital Membership app, together with the valid boarding pass and identification (e.g., passport or any valid government ID), must be presented to the lounge staff of the participating airport lounges before entry. The EastWest credit card will not be accepted as a substitute for the Priority Pass Digital Membership app, boarding pass, and proof of identification.
  2. All participating lounges are owned and operated by third party organizations. The Cardholder and accompanying guests must abide by the rules and policies of each participating lounge and the Cardholder accepts that Priority Pass membership does not guarantee continued access. The Cardholder accepts that the Priority Pass Group of Companies has no control over the lounge operator's decision on whether to admit any Cardholder, the number of people allowed in any lounge at any time, facilities offered, the opening/closing times, the length of time which Cardholders may spend in the lounge and any charge payable for extended lounge visits, or the personnel employed by the lounges. The administrators of Priority Pass will use reasonable endeavors to ensure the benefits and facilities are available as advertised, but the Cardholder accepts that the Priority Pass Group of Companies does not warrant nor guarantee, in any way, that all or any of the benefits and facilities will be available at the time of the Cardholder's visit.
  3. The Cardholder agrees that by registering and using the Priority Pass Digital membership, he/she has read, agrees to and accepts the Priority Pass Conditions of Use at prioritypass.com/conditions-of-use-payment and the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards .

1 Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, those whose EastWest credit cards are not reported lost or stolen and those who have not, otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards.

2Refers to the TRB of the customer(s) where he/she is the primary account holder.
