Google Pay is available for all eligible EastWest Mastercard and Visa Credit cardholders in good standing.

You don’t need to be online to make contactless payments, as most transactions are processed offline.
However, an internet connection is required to add a card, update information, or view recent transactions in Google Wallet.
No. EastWest Bank does not charge additional fees for using your EastWest Credit with Google Pay.
Standard card fees and transaction charges still apply. Your mobile or data provider may charge usage or connectivity fees.
- On Google Wallet, find the card you want to check transaction history for
- Tap your card, tap ‘Details’ then tap ‘Activity’
- At the top, you can find your most recent action or transaction.
For a full history of your account, check your bank account/ card statement available on EasyWay App.
Possible reasons for declined transactions are:
- Your card is locked for online or POS transactions.
- The amount you are paying is higher than your available balance or credit limit.
Please ensure that your card is active and enabled for POS and online transactions when using Google Pay.

Please note that this will undergo the Bank’s dispute resolution process.
Completed payments may not be cancelled. If the payment is unauthorized, you may file a dispute with the bank, and it will undergo our standard resolution process.
Yes. Simply follow these steps:
- On Google Wallet, find the card you want to remove
- Tap the card
- In the top right-hand corner, tap ‘More’
- Select ‘Remove payment method’
If your device is lost, stolen, or compromised, immediately report to our 24-Hour Customer Service at (+632) 8888-1700 to request for:
- Locking or blocking of your card OR
- Suspension of the payment services via Google Pay and other merchants where you added your card.
