Php 10,000 Welcome Cash Credit Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions

1. This program is open to newly approved and qualified EastWest Visa Infinite principal credit cardholders who have submitted complete application requirements from November 15, 2025 onwards. Cardholders must be new-to-bank, i.e., should not have any existing or cancelled EastWest principal credit card.

2. Qualified cardholders who accumulate at least Php 20,000 single/accumulated valid spend within two (2) months from card activation will receive a Php 10,000 cash credit as a Welcome Gift.

3. Valid spend includes straight/retail transactions, merchant installment transactions (where the principal amount is considered), online purchases, mail/telephone order (MOTO) transactions, Quick Bills and auto-charge transactions. Cash advance availments (whether via ATM, point-of-sale terminal or manual voice authorizations), Insta-Cash, Balance Transfer, Convert-to-Installment and Balance Conversion transactions, finance charges, annual fees, and other fees & charges are not considered as valid spend.

4. The Welcome Gift will be credited to the cardholder’s EastWest Visa Infinite account on the next billing cycle within thirty (30) days upon reaching the minimum spend requirement.

5. The account must be in good credit standing* upon crediting of the Welcome Gift. Otherwise, the cash credit shall be forfeited in favor of EastWest.

6. The Welcome Gift cannot be availed in conjunction with other EastWest acquisition/activation promos. In the event of multiple reward availments, EastWest may charge the full cost of the other reward/s to the approved EastWest Visa Infinite account.

7. In the event that the EastWest Visa Infinite cardholder cancels his/her card within twelve (12) months from card open date, EastWest shall charge the Php 10,000 Welcome Gift awarded to his/her account without need of prior notice.

8. The Php 10,000 Welcome Gift cannot be exchanged for other items.

9. The issuance and use of the EastWest Visa Infinite shall be subject to EastWest’s credit policies and the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards.

 

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, whose EastWest credit cards have not been not reported lost or stolen and who have not violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards.
