EasyLock is a feature on EasyWay app that allows customers to temporarily lock their account to prevent outgoing transactions during suspected fraud or when the customer wants extra protection. 

- All outgoing transactions are blocked
- Incoming transactions still allowed
- You still earn interest
- You can still view balance

Yes. A locked product will be restricted from debit card transactions and other related activities. 

- Fund transfers
- Bills payment
- ATM withdrawals
- QR Send
- EFXsell. 

Yes. Unlocking is self-service  via SMS OTP. 

No limits.

Account remains locked. Customer may call CS.

Yes, you will receive an email and in-app notification for:

- Successful lock
- Successful unlock
- Failed attempt
- Failed unlock

A message appears. Customer may contact CS.

No. Locked accounts still earn interest.

Principal and secondary owners of joint/or accounts may lock.
