1. Is the EastWest Dream Run 2026 – Clark leg happening on May 24?
No, the Clark leg is now rescheduled to August 30, 2026 (Sunday). This change gives everyone more time to prepare and ensures a smoother experience for all.

2. Why is the event being rescheduled?
This decision was made with our participants’ well‑being and overall event experience in mind. We want to ensure everyone has sufficient time to prepare and enjoy the run without added concerns, especially given the current global economic situation. 

3. Who decided to reschedule the Clark leg?
EastWest and Runrio Inc. made this decision together, always keeping your best interests in mind.

1. When and where will the Clark leg now take place?
The EastWest Dream Run – Clark leg is now scheduled for August 30, 2026 (Sunday) at Filinvest Mimosa Plus Events Grounds.

2. Will the venue stay the same?
Yes, the event will still be held at Filinvest Mimosa Plus Events Grounds. We look forward to welcoming you there!

3.  Are other EastWest Dream Run legs being rescheduled?
No, only the Clark leg is affected. The other event dates remain unchanged:
•    August 30 – Clark
•    August 2 – Manila
•    September 20 – Iloilo
•    October 18 – CDO

1. Is registration for the Clark leg still open?
Yes! You can still register for the Clark leg. We encourage everyone to join in.

2. Where can I find updates about the event?

1. Can I get a refund if I can’t join on the new date?
Yes, refunds are available for those unable to participate on August 30, 2026 (Sunday). Alternatively, you can claim your race kit and keep it as a souvenir instead of refunding.

2. Who is eligible for a refund?
Participants who paid and registered on or before May 7, 2026 can request a refund of their registration fees.

3. If I can’t attend, can I still get my race kit?
Absolutely! You’re welcome to claim your race kit, even if you won’t be able to join us on the new date. Just note that choosing to get the race kit will mean waiving the refund.

4. How do I request a refund?
To request your refund, please email (info@runrio.com) with the subject line “Refund Request – (Confirmation Number)” and include these details:

• Registered Name
• Payment Reference Number
• Email address
• Payment method

Once your information is verified, your refund will be credited to your chosen payment channel within seven (7) banking days.
