1. Is the EastWest Dream Run Clark Leg on August 30 still pushing through? 
No. Following careful assessment of prevailing weather conditions, the event has been postponed and will be rescheduled.

The decision was made as a precaution to prioritize the safety and well-being of all participants, event personnel, and volunteers, while also recognizing the impact that the adverse weather continues to have on affected communities. 

2. When is the new event date? 
Details regarding the rescheduled date will be announced through EastWest Bank's and RUNRIO's official communication channels once finalized.

3. Can I still participate once the new date is announced? 
Yes. Your registration—including your race bib—will automatically remain valid for the rescheduled event if you choose not to request a refund. You don’t need to register again. 

1. Can I get a refund if I can’t join on the new date? 
Yes, refunds are available for those unable to participate. Alternatively, you can claim your race kit and keep it as a souvenir instead of refunding.

2. Who is eligible for a refund?
Participants who paid and registered for the Clark leg can request a refund of their registration fees. 

3. How do I request a refund?
To request your refund, please email (info@runrio.com) with the subject line “Refund Request – (Confirmation Number)” and include these details:

• Registered Name
• Payment Reference Number
• Email address
• Payment method

Once your information is verified, your refund will be credited to your chosen payment channel.

2. I have accommodation arrangements. What should I do? 
Participants with existing accommodation bookings are encouraged to contact their respective providers directly regarding applicable rebooking or cancellation policies.

For guests with Quest Plus Conference Center Clark reservations:

• Rebooking: Paid room bookings may be rebooked until the end of the year, subject to room availability and excluding peak and blackout dates. 
  You may choose to rebook for the new EastWest Dream Run Clark date once announced or for another preferred date within the allowable rebooking period. To arrange a rebooking, please email clark.reservations@questhotelsandresorts.com.
