Promo Mechanics
1. The 2025 MAMA Awards Raffle Promo is open to all Principal and Supplementary EastWest Visa Infinite, EastWest Visa Platinum, EastWest Visa Gold and EastWest Visa Classic Credit Cardholders (“Cardholders”) in good credit standing*, active, and current at the time of the raffle draw up to the time of awarding of the raffle prize(s). Purchases made by the Supplementary Cardholder will be counted under the Principal Cardholder.
2. The promo period is from July 7 to September 14, 2025.
3. Principal cardholders must register once through EastWest’s ESTA web bot at www.ewlend.com/2025MAMAAwardsRaffle within the promo period to participate in the promo.
Upon accessing the ESTA web bot, cardholders will be prompted to confirm their participation in the promo. Once registration is successfully completed, a confirmation message will be displayed on the bot interface.
4. There will be two (2) packages up for grabs for the 2025 MAMA Awards Raffle Promo. Each package is good for two (2) pax and shall have the following inclusions, courtesy of Visa:
- Two (2) round-trip economy class airfare tickets from Manila to Hong Kong
- 4D3N hotel accommodations
- A pair of event tickets to the 2025 MAMA Awards 2-day event
5. Cardholders shall earn e-raffle entries for a minimum single-receipt straight or installment (principal amount) spend of Php1,000 transacted from 12:00 AM of July 7, 2025 until 11:59 PM of September 14, 2025.

6. EastWest Visa credit cards approved and activated within the promo period shall receive five (5) e-raffle entries.
7. Transactions qualified to earn raffle entries shall include straight/retail or merchant installment transactions, online purchases, mail/telephone order transactions, Quick Bills and auto charged transactions enrolled directly with merchants.
8. The following transactions are not qualified to earn raffle entries:
- Quasi-cash, gaming, gambling, online trading and other related transactions
- Refunded, disputed, unauthorized or fraudulent transactions
- Cash advances
- Insta-Cash and Balance Transfer
- Balance Conversions and Convert-to-Installment transactions
- Finance charges and all other fees & charges
9. Prior to the raffle draw, an eDM notification on earned raffle entries will be sent to qualified EastWest Visa Credit Cardholders via the mobile number registered on his/her EastWest credit card account.
10. Winners will be drawn via elecronic raffle using Random.org on September 26, 2025 at the EastWest Corporate Center, The Beaufort, 5th Avenue cor. 23rd St., Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, in the presence of EastWest Bank and DTI representatives.
11. A Cardholder can only win once. Winner will be notified on October 3, 2025, via the cardholder’s registered mobile number and e-mail address, and/or through a registered mail notification of their winning, and shall be given until October 10, 2025, to confirm his/her participation/availment of the raffle prize.
12. Winners must provide their Tax Identification Number (TIN), a copy of a valid government-issued ID, a valid passport with at least 6 months validity from November 30, 2025, and a signed Winner Acknowledgement Form, which must be submitted to EastWest via e-mail to csdocs@eastwestbanker.com until October 10, 2025. By participating in this promo, winners provide their consent to process their personal information for the purposes of this promotion.
13. Winners and their companions must have an active passport with at least 6 months validity from November 30, 2025.
14. If the winner is not able to submit any of the requirements as stated in item number 11, EastWest reserves the right to select another winner from the winner buffer list with prior approval from DTI.
15. The raffle prizes are transferable to first degree family members and not convertible to cash and cannot be replaced with other items/ services. Visa reserves the right to replace any of the prize values with equivalent alternatives in the event of lack of availability, e.g., 4-star hotel availability.
In case of a transfer, the winner must surrender a certified letter indicating the complete name of the person to whom he/she is transferring the prize package to. The transferee of the prize package should provide and comply with the same documentary requirements, and comply with the deadline of document submission. The latter must be an existing EastWest Visa Credit Cardholder.
16. The round-trip economy flights from Manila to Hong Kong scheduled from November 27-30, 2025 shall be subject to the following flight terms and conditions:
- The dates of the flights shall be determined by EastWest and Visa. Winner can choose to extend the trip provided that any extensions beyond the last day of travel are advised and acceptable by Visa prior to ticketing. Details of winners will be provided by EastWest to Visa at least thirty-five (35) days before the outbound flight departure date and cannot be amended thereafter.
- All flights are non-changeable, non-refundable and non-transferrable once ticketed.
- Flights shall be delivered by international carriers/airlines as available.
- Only the cost of flights is covered.
- Flight dates shall be determined by Visa. No rebooking or change of dates beyond the 4D3N package will be accommodated once ticketed.
- Other costs related to travel such as passport/travel visa processing, travel insurance, additional baggage costs beyond allocated baggage weight, terminal fees, incidental expenses while in transit, etc., are excluded.
17. All travel insurance, personal passport, travel visa processing fees and other ancillary costs, except those stated above, to be incurred by the winner and their nominated companions are the responsibility of the winner and his/her nominated companions.
18. The winning transaction must not be under dispute or reversed at the time of the draw and upon claiming of the prize.
19. Prize taxes shall be shouldered by EastWest.
20. Employees of EastWest and Visa, including their relatives up to the second degree of affinity or consanguinity, are disqualified from joining the promo.
21. EastWest holds the right to certify whether or not the winning cardholder is an eligible cardholder and his/her account satisfies the criteria set in the Promo mechanics.
22. By joining the promo, the Cardholder confirms the she/he has read and understood and agrees with the mechanics of the promo as well as the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards.
23. The winners shall grant EastWest and Visa the exclusive permission to use and disclose personal information, photographs and videos in connection with the promo for marketing purposes and waive any claims to royalty, right, grant or remuneration for such use on TV, radio, website or social media pages. The winners may likewise be required to participate in publicity programs which EastWest and/or Visa may organize. Expenses and/or costs for attending such functions shall be shouldered by the winners.
24. Upon claiming of the prize, the winners agree to free EastWest and Visa from any liability for damages suffered as a result of using the raffle prize(s), provided such damages are not the result of serious and deliberate misconduct on the side of EastWest or Visa. EastWest and Visa shall not be held liable for any claim related to the raffle rewards. Consequently, EastWest and Visa shall not entertain any request for indemnity of reimbursement accompanying such claim.
25. All questions and disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by EastWest.
26. In case of disputes relating to the promo, the decision of EastWest shall be conclusive with the approval of DTI.
* Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, those with EastWest Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards.
