EasyWay Payments Promo

The EastWest EasyWay Payments Promo (the “Promo”) allows EastWest EasyWay customers to get rewarded for everyday transactions like fund transfers, bills payments and even app subscriptions. Simply maintain a qualifying average daily balance (ADB) for the month of October 2025 and complete the required transactions from October 1 to 31, 2025 (the “Promo Duration”).

1. Reach at least Php 15,000 in Average Daily Balance (ADB) and maintain it for the month of October 2025 to enjoy the following rewards:

1. 5 free InstaPay transfers (total of Php 50 transfer fee cashback) for transfers made in the EasyWay app. InstaPay transfers through the EasyWay app in excess of the 5 free transfers will be subject to the regular fee of Php 10 per transfer. The transfers must be made within the Promo Duration. Any unused free transfer will be forfeited on November 1, 2025.

2. Get Php 50 cashback from successful bills payment via EasyWay, with a total accumulated bill payment amount of at least Php 10,000. The bills payment must be done within the Promo Duration to get the Php 50 cashback.

3. Get Php 25 cashback from successful app subscription payment via EastWest debit card worth at least Php 149. Capped at one transaction only. Transaction must be done within the Promo Duration to qualify for the cashback. Refer to the attached Annex A for the list of eligible merchants for the app subscriptions.

    

2. Reach at least Php 60,000 in Average Daily Balance (ADB) and maintain it for the month of October 2025 to enjoy the following rewards:

1. 10 free InstaPay transfers (Php 100 transfer fee cashback) for transfers made in the EasyWay app. InstaPay transfers in excess of the 10 free transfers will be subject to the regular fee of Php 10 per transfer. Transfer must be done within the Promo Duration. Any unused free transfers will be forfeited on November 1, 2025.

2. Get cashback from successful bills payment via EasyWay. Transactions must be done within the Promo Duration to qualify for the cashback.

   1. Php 50 cashback for a total accumulated bills payment amount of at least Php 10,000; or

   2. Php 100 cashback for a total accumulated bills payment amount of at least Php 20,000.

3. Get Php 50 cashback from successful app subscription payment via EastWest debit card worth at least Php 149. Capped at one transaction only. Transaction must be done within the Promo Duration to qualify for the cashback. Refer to the attached Annex A for the list of eligible merchants for the app subscriptions.

Terms and Conditions: 

1. Promo runs from October 1 to 31, 2025. 

2. Valid for new and existing EastWest customers registered on EasyWay. Valid for PH checking and savings accounts only. Tiered deposits, time deposits, and foreign currency savings accounts are not included.

3. The average daily balance (ADB) will be computed by the end of the month.

ADB = Total of Daily Balances ÷ Number of Days
                   ADB = ₱1,932,000 ÷ 31 = ₱62,322.58

4. Incentives for maintaining the required ADB from October 1 to 31, 2025 are only valid for transactions made from October 1 to 31, 2025. Unused benefits will not be carried over to the following month.

5. Only one account per customer can be eligible during the promo period.

6.For customers with multiple linked accounts on EasyWay, only the account with the highest ADB will be qualified for the Promo. Therefore, to redeem the incentives, the following transactions must be made on the qualified account. 

1. InstaPay transfers

2. Successfully paying a bill via EasyWay worth the required amount

3. Successfully paying an app subscription worth the required amount

7. Crediting of rewards will be following the schedule below: 

Example: Client A hit an ADB of Php 15,000 in October. She needs to do her transactions of transfers; bills pay and debit card payment from October 1 to 31, 2025. Her cashback will then be credited by November 14, 2025 at the latest.

8. Quick Bills transactions are not eligible for the bills pay cashback.

9. The offer cannot be exchangeable for other items or discounts and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promo or discount.

10. EastWest holds the right to certify whether or not the Customer is an eligible account owner, and his/her account satisfies the criteria set in the Promo mechanics.

11. EastWest reserves the right to charge the cost of the discount redeemed against the Cardholder’s EastWest debit card should his/her redemption be found to be fraudulent.

12. By joining this promo, the Customer confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agreed to the mechanics of the Promo, and its terms and conditions as stated above. 13. Terms and conditions indicated in the General Terms and Conditions Governing EastWest Deposit Accounts shall apply.

14. All questions or disputes regarding the Customer's eligibility for the Promo shall be resolved by EastWest. In case of disputes relating to the Promo, the decision of EastWest shall be conclusive with the concurrence of the Department of Trade and Industry.
