Get Accredited (For Companies)
EastWest eAdvance is available to companies with Payroll in EastWest. For inquiries, please contact <insert sales email or web form>.
To onboard the company to the EastWest eAdvance Service, the company will need to review and sign the Service Agreement and Terms and Conditions.
Avail the eAdvance Service (For Employees)
Enrollment of employees to the eAdvance Service is done by your company based on the eligibility requirements of the service. Once you are enrolled, you will receive an SMS or Viber notification from EastWest, to your bank-registered mobile number, informing you about your eAdvance limit and how to apply for an advance.
You may advance a portion of your upcoming salary. For the amount, you may refer to the SMS or Viber notification sent to your registered mobile number. You may also see how much you can advance when you apply via ESTA.
eAdvance limit is the maximum amount you can request as an advance from your upcoming salary. This limit is based on factors such as your net salary, advance history, and other criteria set by the Bank. It ensures you can access a portion of your salary in advance without exceeding a safe threshold.
To apply, simply follow these steps:
- Go to ESTA and enter your registered mobile number.
- Enter the OTP received via your registered mobile number then enter your birth date.
- Enter the amount that you’d like to advance.
- Review and confirm your transaction.
Review and accept the bank’s data privacy policy and terms and conditions.
Please note that this amount should be within your available eAdvance limit.
- You will receive an SMS notification once your eAdvance has been credited to your EastWest payroll account.
The funds will be credited instantly to your payroll account.
Payment for your eAdvance will automatically be deducted from your upcoming salary.
The eAdvance service fee will be deducted separately. This will be debited from your account immediately after the advance credit has been posted to your payroll account.
Example:
Your eAdvance is Php 5,000.
You will receive an eAdvance credit of Php 5,000 and a service fee of Php 100 will be debited from your payroll account immediately after.
On your next payday, the full Php 5,000 will be deducted from your salary.
Yes. You may apply as long as you have an available eAdvance limit and you do not have a past due eAdvance balance.

If the funds are insufficient, the available balance will be debited, and any remaining amount will be collected when additional funds are deposited. A late payment fee of 5% per month will be applied to any unpaid balance.
Yes, a small transaction fee is charged for each eAdvance request. The fee depends on the advance amount as follows:
For advances up to ₱5,000.00: Php 100
For advances between ₱5,000.01 and ₱10,000.00: Php 150
You will need to update your bank records with your branch of account and inform your company of the update.
