1. The EastWest Visa Platinum FX Program (referred to as "Promo") shall run from November 11, 2024 – July 31, 2025 (Promo Period).

2. The promo is open to new and existing EastWest Priority Customers with active EastWest Visa Debit Cards.

3. Eligible clients are eligible to this promo provided they use their EW Visa Platinum or Infinite debit card for overseas transactions during the promo period.

4. All overseas debit card transactions made during the promo period will have no foreign exchange bank fees. Eligible transactions are those made and settled within the promo period. Scheme and acquiring fees still apply.

5. Eligible clients will see in their statement that their overseas debit card transactions will not have any foreign exchange bank fees.

6. Clients who shall participate in the promo agree to disclose their information to and from/between EastWest, participating merchants, service provider for the purpose of verification, checking, validation and fulfillment of the promo.

7. EastWest reserves the right to decide on all matters and disputes relating to this program with the concurrence of DTI.
