Promo Mechanics
1. The promo is open to all EastWest credit cardholders (”Cardholders”) in good credit standing.*
2. Program period is May 1 to June 15, 2025.
3. Cardholders can avail of 0% interest on installment payment for 3 months and can have a chance to win a brand-new Samsung Galaxy Tablet or 1,000 SMAC Points for a minimum spend of Ten Thousand Pesos (Php10,000) single receipt installment transactions at any SM Store branch. The promo applies for in-store transactions only.
4. To qualify, cardholder’s SMAC Start, SMAC or SMAC Prestige must be swiped prior payment. Non-members may apply for SMAC and use this to qualify for the promo.
5. Cardholder may only win once regardless of his/her entry drawn more than once in the raffle draw.
6. Promo is in conjunction with other ongoing promo, discounts, or coupons.
7. Prizes are not convertible to cash, not transferable, but exempted from prize tax.
8. DAC will notify the winning SMAC members on how to claim their prize through any of the following channels:
- SMS
- eDM
- Facebook Announcement
9. SMAC Points will be credited to winning SMAC member’s account within 30 business days after the end of the promo period.
10. Winners of the Samsung Galaxy Tablets will be given sixty (60) days upon receipt of the notification to claim their prize certificate. After the 60-day claiming period, unclaimed prizes will be forfeited in favor of SM Store with the prior approval of DTI.
- Winners must present the following at the SM Store Customer Service where they made the winning transaction.
- One (1) valid I.D. (e.g., Driver’s License, SSS card, Passport, Birth Certificate, TIN Card, and any government ID)
- EastWest Credit Card and own active SMAC used for the winning transaction
- Congratulatory message that he/she received from DAC
Note: Winners must sign the Claim Certificate prior to claiming of prize
11. SM Store, DAC, and EastWest reserve the right to disclose and publish names, photos and other information of the winners in any mode or manner as they deem appropriate.
12. Employees of SM Store, SM Retail Inc., Digital Advantage Corporation, EastWest Bank, and its accredited advertising agencies and suppliers, and their family relatives up to 2nd degree of consanguinity of affinity are disqualified from participating in the promotion.
13. Cardholders shall get to shop and pay 2 months later at 0% installment for 3 months on select items at SM Store. The minimum purchase amount for installment is Php10,000 (single or multiple item purchases), unless otherwise stated by the partner merchant.
14. Cardholders must present their EastWest credit card upon payment and must inform the branch representative that they will avail themselves of Buy Now, Pay Later installment.
15. The offer is valid for 0% interest on installment for 3 months. SM Store has the sole discretion on the term/s applicable for the 0% installment offering.

17. The 0% interest on installment offer shall apply provided Cardholders pay their Total Statement Balance in full.**
18. 0% interest on installment transactions are subject to EastWest’s credit authorization criteria upon purchase of goods.
19. The Cardholder's EastWest Credit Card account must be active and current at all times. In the event that the Cardholder's EastWest Credit Card is suspended, cancelled, or not renewed, or should the Cardholder fail to make payments, breach or violate the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards, the remaining unpaid installment amount, as well as the entire outstanding balance of the Cardholder's EastWest Credit Card account, shall immediately become due and demandable.
20. In case of partial payment by the Cardholder of the installment amount, the unpaid balance shall incur the usual finance charges imposed on revolving balances in accordance with the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards.
21. If the Cardholder pays the installment amount in full per month but has an outstanding or revolving balance on his/her previous/other purchases or installment availments, his/her EastWest Credit Card account shall likewise incur finance charges.
22. In case of pre-termination, the Cardholder agrees to pay an Installment Pre-termination Processing Fee equivalent to 5% of the remaining principal balance or Php500, whichever is higher.
23. Terms and Conditions for Merchant Installment indicated in the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards shall apply.
24. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agreed to the mechanics of the promo, including, but not limited to, these terms and conditions.

26. In case of disputes related to the promo, the decision of EastWest shall be conclusive. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the Promo shall be resolved by EastWest and The SM Store, with approval from DTI.
*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, those whose EastWest credit cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not, otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards.
**Each fixed monthly installment forms part of the Total Statement Balance. Should the Cardholder opt to pay only the minimum payment due, this would include only a percentage of the monthly installment. In which case, an interest charge will be imposed in addition to the applicable interest due on the monthly installment.
