Customer Advisory: Updating of Customer Information in Compliance
with BSP Circular No. 950


We are conducting a periodic updating of our customers’ information in compliance with BSP Circular No. 950 (Anti-Money Laundering Regulations) issued on March 15, 2017, pertaining to the provisions on customer identification and record keeping

To ensure that we have your current and complete information and your latest identification documents in our records, we would like to request you to follow these simple steps to update your information with us on or before September 30, 2018:

FOR DEPOSIT, HOME LOAN CUSTOMERS, SALARY LOAN CUSTOMERS, AND AUTO LOAN CUSTOMERS WITH EWB DEPOSIT ACCOUNTS

  1. Download, print and fill out the Customer Information Sheet (CIS), sign and submit it to the nearest EastWest Store together with one (1) clear photocopy of a photo and signature-bearing valid ID (e.g. driver's license, SSS ID, unified ID, passport, company ID, etc.); OR

  2. Visit the nearest store, fill out and sign the CIS and submit one (1) clear photocopy of a photo and signature-bearing valid ID (e.g. driver's license, SSS ID, unified ID, passport, company ID, etc.).

FOR CREDIT CARD, PERSONAL LOAN CUSTOMERS, AND AUTO LOAN CUSTOMERS WITHOUT EWB DEPOSIT ACCOUNT/S

  1. Call the EastWest 24-Hour Customer Service hotline at (02) 888-1700 to update your information; OR

  2. Download, print and fill out the specific Customer Information Update Form, sign and e-mail it to csdocs@eastwestbanker.com together with a scanned copy of any valid government-issued, photo-bearing ID with three (3) specimen signatures

Please be advised that, for information update requests sent via e-mail, if you are using an e-mail address different from the e-mail address registered in our system, we will not be able to proceed with your request. Kindly call our 24-Hour Customer Service hotline at (02) 888-1700 to update your e-mail address.

Having your updated information, current identification documents and specimen signatures will enable us to serve you better, so we hope that you will give this matter your preferential attention. Rest assured that your information will be treated with utmost confidentiality.
