Priority Pass Membership Terms and Conditions

  1. The complimentary Priority Pass membership is available only to Principal Cardholders (”Cardholders”) of EastWest Priority Visa Infinite credit card (”EastWest credit card”).

  2. The Priority Pass membership is contingent on the EastWest credit card validity. Cancellation of the EastWest credit card will result to cancellation of the Priority Pass membership.

  3. The Priority Pass Card is non-transferrable and may not be used by any person other than the Cardholder.

  4. The Priority Pass Card must be presented to the lounge staff of the participating airport lounges for entry.

  5. Admittance to a lounge is conditional upon presentation of a valid Priority Pass Card. The EastWest credit card will not be accepted as substitute for the Priority Pass Card.

  6. The Cardholder shall be eligible to up to four (4) complimentary lounge visits/access (non-transferrable) every calendar year subject to the condition that the Cardholder is an existing EastWest Priority Client who meets the required minimum Total Relationship Balance during the lounge visit/access. Any unused complimentary lounge visit/access for a calendar year shall not be carried over to the next calendar year.

  7. Any visit/access by the Cardholder beyond the complimentary four (4) visits per year and visits/access by his/her companion as well as visits/access by the Cardholder who is not/no longer an existing Priority Client who meets the required minimum Total Relationship Balance will be subject to a fee of USD27 or the prevailing visit/access fee per person at the time of use, which will be charged to the Cardholder’s EastWest credit card account.

  8. The list of participating airport lounges in the Priority Pass program can be found at https://www.prioritypass.com/en/airport-lounges. The Cardholder may check the lounge listings for any lounge access condition, such as the number of guests a member could bring into the lounge.

  9. The Cardholder must immediately notify EastWest, who shall be responsible for providing the replacement, for any lost, stolen or damaged Priority Pass Card. A replacement fee of USD25 will be charged.

  10. Fees will be billed to the Cardholder’s EastWest credit card account in Philippine Peso, subject to EastWest’s prevailing foreign conversion exchange rate at the time of access/visit.

  11. All participating lounges are owned and operated by third party organizations. The Cardholder and accompanying guests must abide by the rules and policies of each participating lounge and the Cardholder accepts that registering for a lounge does not guarantee continued access. The Cardholder accepts that the Priority Pass Group of Companies has no control over the lounge operator’s decision whether to admit any Cardholder, the number of people allowed in any lounge at any time, facilities offered, the opening/closing times, the length of time which Cardholders may spend in the lounge and any charge payable for extended lounge visits or the personnel employed by the lounges. The administrators of Priority Pass will use reasonable endeavors to ensure the benefits and facilities are available as advertised, but the Cardholder accepts that the Priority Pass Group of Companies does not warrant nor guarantee, in any way, that all or any of the benefits and facilities will be available at the time of the Cardholder's visit.

  12. The Cardholder agrees that by signing and/or using the Priority Pass Card, he/she has read, agrees to and accepts these Terms and Conditions, the Priority Pass Conditions of Use at https://www.prioritypass.com/en/conditions-of-use and the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards.

Fees will be billed in Philippine Peso based on EastWest’s foreign exchange rate at the time of access/visit or card replacement request.
