Access to Sky View Lounge, NAIA T3 (OPERATED BY DNATA) Terms and Conditions

  1. The complimentary access to Sky View Lounge, NAIA Terminal 3 ("Sky View Lounge") is available only to Principal Cardholders ("Cardholder") of EastWest Priority Visa Infinite credit card ("EastWest credit card") in good credit standing*.

  2. The Cardholder is eligible to two (2) complimentary lounge visits every calendar year subject to the condition that he/she is an existing Principal EastWest Priority Client who meets the required minimum Total Relationship Balance during the lounge visit. Any unused complimentary lounge access for a calendar year shall not be carried over to the next calendar year.

  3. The Cardholder must present his/her active and current EastWest credit card and a valid government-issued ID to the Sky View Lounge reception upon each visit.

  4. The complimentary access is non-transferrable and may not be used by any person other than the Cardholder.

  5. Any visit by the Cardholder beyond the complimentary two (2) visits per year, visits by Cardholders who are not/no longer existing Principal Priority Clients who meet the required minimum Total Relationship Balance at the time of access, and visits by Supplementary EastWest Priority Visa Infinite credit cardholders will be subject to a fee of USD27 or the prevailing access fee at the time of use which will be billed to the Cardholder’s EastWest credit card account in Philippine Peso, subject to EastWest’s prevailing foreign currency conversion exchange rate. The applicable fees shall be reflected in the Cardholder’s statement of account.

  6. The Cardholder and his/her guest/s must abide by the rules and policies of the Sky View Lounge and the Cardholder accepts that registering for a lounge does not guarantee continued access. The Cardholder accepts that EastWest has no control over the lounge operator’s decision whether to admit guests, the number of people allowed in the lounge at any time, facilities offered, the opening/closing times, the length of time which a Cardholder may spend in the lounge and any charge payable for extended lounge visits, or the personnel employed by the lounges. The administrators of Sky View Lounge will use reasonable endeavors to ensure that the privileges and facilities are available as advertised, but the Cardholder accepts that this does not warrant nor guarantee, in any way, that all or any of the privileges and facilities will be available at the time of the Cardholder's visit.

  7. In accessing the lounge, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, Sky View Lounge’s Condition of Use, and the Terms and Conditions Governing Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards.

* Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, those whose EastWest credit cards are not reported lost or stolen and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards.
