1. The Travel Buddy promo period is from March 1 to May 31, 2008.
   
   
2. The Travel Buddy promo is open to all active and current EastWest Bank MasterCard cardholders.
   
   
3. To avail of the promo, the cardholder must call Travel Buddy Hotline at (02) 890-6291, (02) 897-2771, (02) 897-7647, (02) 890-6822 or (02) 473-2353 to request for a travel booking to the destination of their choice.
   
   
4. The travel booking may be paid via straight charge or installment using an EastWest Bank MasterCard. The 0% installment offer is for 3 and 6 months installment terms only.
   
   
5. The minimum amount per installment transaction is P3,000. The transaction must be within the available credit limit of the cardholder at the time of the transaction and is subject to final approval by EastWest Bank Authorizations Department.
   
   
6. Upon completion of the travel booking and upon the transaction being approved by EastWest Bank, please allow up to 4 working days for the processing and delivery of airline tickets and hotel accomodation form to the cardholder's home or office address as requested.
   
   
7. All travel bookings will be outsourced by EastWest Bank to CNM Travel. CNM Travel is EastWest Bank's official and exclusive merchant partner travel agency for this promo.
   
   
8. By availing of the promo, The cardholder consents to EastWest Bank to supply information required by CNM Travel to process the transaction.

16. A pre-termination fee of 5% of the remaining balance to be paid shall be imposed in case of installment pre-termination. The pre-termination fee shall be computed on the remaining balance.
    
    
17. If only a portion of the monthly amortization is paid, the corresponding late payment and finance charges under the installment transaction will apply.
