- Promo period is from April 26, 2010 to December 31, 2010.
- This promo is open to all Principal EastWest Bank Credit Cardholders in good credit standing.*
- To apply, the Principal Cardholder must call the EastWest Bank Customer Service Hotline at 888-1700.
- For every Supplementary Card application approved and activated within the promo period, the Principal Cardholder will be given 500 Bonus Rewards Points or Charms, which he can use in accordance with the EastWest Bank Credit Card products’ respective rewards program.
- The 500 Bonus Rewards Points or Charms will be automatically credited to the Principal Cardholder’s account 1 month from the activation date of the Supplementary Card.
- Supplementary Card applicants must be at least 13 years old for relatives up to 2nd degree of consanguinity and affinity and at least 16 years old for non-relatives.
- The Supplementary card issued will be the same card brand (MasterCard or VISA) as that of the Principal Cardholder. Note that EastWest Bank Dolce Vita MasterCard can only be issued to female Supplementary Cardholders.
- Subject to credit evaluation and approval, a maximum of 9 Supplementary Cards may be approved for each Principal EastWest Bank Credit Card account.
- The Principal Cardholder may, at his option, assign a sub-limit, which shall form part of the Principal Cardholder’s credit limit. Minimum sub-limit for Supplementary Card is Php2,500. The Principal Cardholder may assign a sub-limit in increments of Php1,000. Should the Principal Cardholder choose not to assign a sub-limit, the Supplementary Cardholder may use as much as the Principal Cardholder’s available credit limit. The assigned sub-limit is the same every month even if the Supplementary Card transactions in previous months are not paid in full, for as long as the Principal Cardholder has an available credit limit.

Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, those whose EastWest Bank Credit Cards are not reported as lost or stolen, and those who have not, otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Bank Credit Cards. |
