1. The Member-Get-Member (MGM) program will run from June 1, 2008 to January 31, 2009.
   
   
2. The MGM program is open to all active and current EastWest Bank MasterCard principal cardholders ("Referror") within the promo period.
   
   
3. Only MGM application forms received within the promo period (June 1, 2008 to January 31, 2009) and approved on or before February 15, 2009 are qualified for rhe promo.
   
   
4. To join, the referror must indicate their name and EastWest Bank MasterCard card number on the space provided for in the MGM application form and distribute these to friends, relatives and colleagues. Failure to complete referral information will disqualify the referror from earning the incentives if the application gets approved.
   
   
5. To qualify under the MGM Program, the MGM application form must be completely filled up, including information fields on other credit card/s and accompanied by the document requirements as stated in the MGM application form. Only completely accomplished forms will be processed. The form may be photocopied for multiple applications.
   
   
6. Application forms may be faxed to Customer Service at 325-2377 or submitted to any EastWest Bank branch.
   
   
7. To redeem items, the referror must fax the fully accomplished and signed MGM Redemption Form at 325-2377. The referror's card account must be active and current at the time of redemption.
   
   
8. Cardholders may redeem the gift items form February 1 to March 31, 2009. Early redemptions are allowed but all approved referals after redemption will be forfeited.
   
   
9. Gift items are limited in those included in the catalog. Gift items are not convertible to cash and are tax-free.
   
   
10. Delivery of items will be within 14 banking days from the day EastWesk Bank receives the referror's redemption form.
    
    
11. In the event that the referror is not available to personally receive the item/s, an authorized recipient may receive the item upon presentation of a valid ID and authorization letter signed by the referror.
    
    
12. In case of stock unavailability, EastWest Bank will inform the referror of such within five (5) working days and will offer an alternate item of same or higher value.
    
    
13. Once redeemed item is received and accepted by the referror, this cannot be cancelled nor exchanged if the item is in good working condition.
    
    
14. Referrors can call EastWest Bank Customer Service at 888-1700 to find out the status of their referrals.
    
    
15. A letter indicating the total number of approved referrals will be sent to referrors who has not redeemed their MGM gift items at the end of the promo period. Unredeemed item shall be forfeited sixty (60) days after receipt of notification letter.
