EastWest Bank webStatement

What is webStatement?

webStatement is an internet-based facility accessible through EastWest Bank's Net Access website that enables credit cardholders to view, download and print a copy of the latest 3 months Statement of Account online.



How much does it cost to use webStatement?

webStatement is free of charge.



Do I need any particular software to view,
download or print my webStatement?

Yes. You need the following requirements:

  1. Internet access/account
  2. Valid email account/address
  3. Adobe Acrobat Reader (free download here).


How can I access my webStatement?

Your webStatement can be accessed via EastWest Bank's Net Access here at www.eastwestbanker.com

New to Net Access?
  1. Log on to www.eastwestbanker.com
  2. Click enroll in the Net Access Menu
  3. Fill-out enrollment form and click SUBMIT.
  4. Go to the enrolled Net Access account by clicking the PERSONAL button under Net Access Menu.
  5. Enter you user ID and password. The screen will show that your enrolled account is still inactive, print the enrollment form by clicking HERE button.
  6. Sign enrollment form and send via fax to 325-2377.
  7. An email confirmation will be sent to all enrolled and activated accounts.
Existing NetAccess User (with enrolled EastWest Bank deposit account in the Net Access)?
  1. Log on to www.eastwestbanker.com
  2. Go to existing Net Access account by clicking PERSONAL button in the Net Access Menu and enter user ID and password.
  3. Click CREDIT CARD ACCOUNTS and MODIFY ACCOUNT
  4. Add your credit card account by entering your card number, personalized account description ( e.g. My Card or Amie's Card ) and expiry date.
  5. Click CREATE
  6. An email confirmation will be sent to all activated accounts.


If I have my existing Net Access account,
do I need to sign up as a new enrollee?

No. You just need to add your credit card account in your existing Net Access account. See instructions in #3 under Existing Net Access User.



How do I view or check my webStatement once
my Net Access account has been activated?
  1. Log on to www.eastwestbanker.com
  2. Go to your existing or activated Net Access account and enter your user ID and password
  3. Click CREDIT CARD ACCOUNTS
  4. View, download or print your latest 3 months Statement of Account


Would I still receive my printed Statement
of Account if I am enrolled?

Yes, you will still receive your printed monthly Statement of Account.
