Banking Transaction

Fund Transfer

1. Go to SMART MENU and select Mobile Banking
2. Select a Bank, press OK
3. Select Transfer, press OK
4. Confirm fund transfer by pressing OK
5. Choose the Account where you wish to transfer funds to (recipient), press OK
6. Confirm fund transfer by pressing OK
7. Choose the originating Account (donor), press OK
8. Select currency, press OK
9. Enter amount to be transferred (use either # or * in place of the decimal point), press OK
10. Confirm fund transfer by pressing OK
11. Enter m-PIN, press OK
12. You will receive a text message confirming your fund transfer transaction.
