Enrollment

Walk-in Enrollment

  1. Apply for Mobile Banking service at the nearest participating Bank
  2. Subscriber must accomplish an enrollment form and supply the following information :
    1. Subscriber/Account Name
    2. Primary and other Account Numbers
      - max of 12 bank accounts
    3. SMART GSM Mobile Number

    Note: A maximum of three banks may be enrolled and activated.

  3. Subscriber will receive his 4 or 6 digit Mobile PIN (m-PIN) via SMS from the bank.

    Note: You will receive your m-PIN within 24 hours from enrollment into Mobile Banking

  4. Use this m-PIN to register your bank on your SMART Menu and to securely and confidentially confirm all your mobile banking transactions.
