Banking Transaction

Make a Balance Inquiry

1. Go to SMART MENU and select Mobile Banking
2. Select a Bank, press OK
3. Select Balance, press OK

4. Choose Account, press OK

Note: You may also choose ALL to view the balances of all your accounts at one time. Simply select ALL and press OK
5. Select the Account you wish to view, press OK
6. Confirm viewing of balance by pressing OK
7. Enter your m-PIN, press OK
8. A text message* will be sent to you containing the latest and available balance of your account.
Note: If you choose ALL, you will receive one text message per account containing the latest and available balances of your accounts.
