Banking Transaction

Over-the-Air Reload

1. Go to SMART MENU and select Mobile Banking
2. Select a Bank, press OK
3. Select Reload Buddy, press OK
4. Choose Others and press OK

Note: You may also choose MY BUDDIES and select from your Buddies List a buddy to reload airtime to. To personalize your Buddies List, simply go to SMART Money and click on Personalize.
5. Key in the celfone number of recipient, press OK
6. Confirm payment by pressing OK
7. Select from Bank, press OK
8. Select Account from which you will debit the reload amount, press OK
9. Select reload amount, press OK
10. Confirm reload transaction by pressing OK
11. Enter m-PIN, press OK
12. You will receive a text message confirming the amount successfully reloaded to the airtime of your recipient.
