Notice to all EWBC Peso Trust Maximizer UITF Participants

The Board of Directors/ Trust Committee, in its meeting dated September 28, 2006, approved to modify the trust fee structure of the Peso Trust Maximizer UITF as follows:

• From: Fixed trust fee rate of 2.5% per annum, based on the Net Asset Value of the fund as its compensation for the administration and management of the UITF
  
  
• To: Maximum trust fee rate of 2.5% per annum, based on the Net Asset Value of the fund as its compensation for the administration and management of the UITF and given this new fee structure, the implementation of a lower trust fee of 1.00% per annum effective October 1, 2006 until further review by management.
