SSS-EWBC MOA Signing

The Social Security System (SSS) and EastWest Banking Corporation signed a memorandum of agreement (MOA) accrediting the latter as a collecting agent for SSS contributions and loan amortizations of overseas Filipino workers (OFWs). Under the MOA, EastWest Bank will forge a contract with a remittance agency through which OFWs may send in their SSS payments.
