PAYMENT CENTERS AND METHODS
- OVER-THE-COUNTER PAYMENT AT AUTHORIZED PAYMENT CENTERS
You or your authorized representatives can make over-the-counter
payments by cash or check at the following authorized payment centers:
a. EastWest Bank |
d. SM Department Store |
b. BDO |
e. SM Hypermart |
c. Selected LBC branches |
f. Selected SM Supermarkets |
Please note that cash payments made at any EastWest Bank branch before
cut-off (3 pm) are posted within 24 hours. Cash payments made after cut-off
are posted on the next banking day. Cash payments made at other authorized
payment centers listed above are posted within the next 2 banking days.
Check payments will be credited after 4 banking days if received before cut-off
(2 pm) and 5 banking days if received beyond cut-off.
Please bring your latest Statement of Account when paying at any SM Department Store,
any SM Hypermart, and selected SM Supermarket and LBC branches.
- EASTWEST BANK AND BANCNET ATMs
EastWest Bank and BancNet ATMs accept direct debit payments if you are an account holder
of EastWest Bank or of any BancNet-member bank. Simply follow the instructions on the ATM
screen. Payments made before cut-off are credited on the next banking day. Cut-off schedule:
EastWest Bank ATM – 6 pm; BancNet ATM – 12 mn
- EASTWEST BANK NET ACCESS
EastWest Bank Net Access is available to EastWest Bank account holders who want to pay
online thru www.eastwestbanker.com. Direct debit
payments made before cut-off are credited within 24 hours. Enrollment forms are available
online or at any EastWest Bank branch. Cut-off schedule: EastWest Bank Net Access – 6 pm
- AUTOMATIC DEBIT ARRANGEMENT
If you have an EastWest Bank deposit account, you can use EastWest Bank’s Automatic Debit
Arrangement to automatically transfer funds from your deposit account to your EastWest
Bank Credit Card on your payment due date. You may specify whether to automatically pay
the minimum payment due or the total statement balance every due date. To enroll for this
facility, please visit the branch where you opened your deposit account.
PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS
All checks should be payable to EASTWEST BANK CREDIT CARD. Please remember
to write the name of the Cardholder and the EastWest Bank Credit Card Number
clearly at the back of the check. Only on-us or local checks are accepted.
You can pay over-the-counter at any EastWest Bank or BDO branch even without
a Statement of Account. Simply fill-out a Payment Instruction Slip, which shall
be submitted along with your payment.
When paying by check or through BancNet ATMs, please pay at least 4 banking days
before your payment due date to allow for clearing and payment transfers.

EastWest Bank and BancNet ATM locations or for your Statement of Account details.
