EASTWEST BANK CREDIT CARDS

Your Payments

Payment Channels

You can settle your EastWest Bank MasterCard bill through any of the following ways:
  1. Over-the-Counter cash and check payments at any EastWest Bank branch. Cash payments made before cut-off (3pm) are posted within 24 hours. Cash payments made after cut-off are posted on the next banking day. Check payments will be credited after 3 days if received before the cut-off (2pm), and 4 banking days if received beyond cut-off.
  2. Accredited Payment Centers (Banco de Oro, SM Department Store, SM Hypermart and selected SM Supermarkets). Cash payments will be reflected on your account, at the maximum, within 48 hours from the date of payment. Check payments are subject to 3 days clearing period for Metro Manila checks and 5 days clearing period for regional checks.
  3. EastWest Bank and BancNet ATM's accept direct debit payments if you are an account holder of EastWest Bank or of any BancNet Member bank. Simply follow instructions on the ATM screen. Payments made before cut-off (12pm) are credited on the next banking day*.
  4. EastWest Bank NetAccess is available to EastWest Bank account holders who want to pay online thru www.eastwestbanker.com. Direct debit payments made before cut-off are credited within 24 hours*. Enrollment forms are available online or at any EastWest Bank branch.
  5. Automatic Debit Arrangement automatically transfers funds from your Deposit Account to your card on your Payment Due Date. You may specify whether to automatically pay minimum or full every due date. This facility is only available for EastWest Bank account holders. To enroll, visit the branch where you opened your account.

Payment Instructions

  1. Payments should be made on or before the payment due date to avoid late payment charges and finance charges. If your payment due date falls on a Saturday, Sunday or Holiday, your bill becomes due and payable on the last banking day prior to your payment due date.
  2. All checks should be payable to EASTWEST BANK MASTERCARD. Do not forget to write name of the cardholder and card number clearly at the back of the check. On-us or local checks only.
  3. You can pay your bills over-the-counter, even without a billing statement. Simply enclose a Payment Instruction Slip when you pay your bill.
  4. When paying by check or through BancNet ATM's, please pay at least 3 days before payment due date to allow for check clearing and payment transfers.
  5. You can call our Customer Service number 888-1700 for a list of EastWest Bank and BancNet ATM locations or for Statement details if your bill is delayed.
