Lightest Monthly Payment
You only need to pay the minimum payment due on your payment due date which is only equivalent to 3.5%
of your total statement balance or Php200, whichever is higher.
You may also pay in full or any amount in between your total statement balance and minimum payment due. Should you opt to pay an amount less than your total statement balance, a finance charge will be applied.

Cash Advance Facility

EastWest Bank branch nationwide or at any ATM displaying the MasterCard and Cirrus logos. Cash advances
can be availed using your unique Cash Advance Personal Identification Number (PIN) and a finance charge will be imposed from the date of availment to the date of full settlement or payment.

LOST CARD PROTECTION
You can report the loss of your EastWest Bank Practical MasterCard anytime, anywhere through our 24-Hour Customer Service Hotline
at 888-1700 which you can call collect. In the U.S., you may also call our Toll-Free Hotline at 1-866-828-6296.
You will be free of any financial liability from fraudulent charges made on your EastWest Bank Practical MasterCard from the
time you reported the loss.
For billing addresses within Metro Manila, replacement cards will be released for delivery within 3 banking
days from the time the card was reported lost. While for addresses outside Metro Manila, replacement cards
will be released for delivery within 7 banking days from the time the card was reported lost. A card replacement
fee of Php200 shall be charged to your EastWest Bank Practical MasterCard.

A fee of Php100 will be charged for cash advance transactions availed over-the-counter at EastWest Bank branches in addition to the cash advance service fee. The proceeds of the over-the-counter cash advance transaction shall be net of the over-the-counter fee.

Transactions made in foreign currencies/merchants shall be automatically converted to Philippine Pesos at the MasterCard currency conversion rate plus EastWest Bank's foreign currency conversion fee of 2.50% at the time the transaction is posted.

Installment Pre-Termination Processing Fee
|
5% of the remaining principal balance or Php500, whichever is higher

Closed Card Account Service Fee
|
For Closed Card Accounts which have credit balances, the cardholder shall make the appropriate arrangement with EastWest Bank to collect the credit balance within three (3) months from the date when the Card Account is closed. Otherwise, EastWest Bank shall deduct from such credit balance a monthly service fee of Php200 to cover for administrative costs incurred by EastWest Bank in maintaining the cardholder's account.

Minimum Payment Due Computation
|
Your Statement of Account shall show your Minimum Payment Due composed of the following: (a) past due amount; (b) 3.5% of your total statement balance inclusive of all fees and charges and monthly installment/s, if any, but exclusive of any unbilled installment amount; and (c) any amount in excess of your credit limit. The Minimum Payment Due is the sum of (a), (b) and (c); or Php200, whichever is higher.

Finance Charge Computation
|
At every billing cycle, you have the option to pay the total statement balance, the minimum payment due, or any amount in between. A Finance Charge will be imposed should you choose not to pay the Total Statement Balance on or before the payment due date as set out in your Statement of Account. The Finance Charge is based on your Average Daily Balance (ADB) computed from transaction date for cash advance, credits/payments and retail transactions/monthly installments/fees until the next cycle cut-off. Any Finance Charge due but unpaid shall form part of the principal balance and will continue to earn Finance Charges.
