EASTWEST CREDIT CARD ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA

• Filipino Citizen or local resident foreigners
• Principal Cardholder must be at least 21 years old but not more than 65 years old
• Minimum gross annual income must be:
  • Php180,000 for EastWest Bank Classic Visa/MasterCard and EastWest Bank Dolce Vita MasterCard
  • Php480,000 for EastWest Bank Gold Visa/MasterCard
  • Php120,000 for EastWest Bank Practical MasterCard
• Residence or business address must be within the trading area
• Must have a residence or postpaid mobile phone and business landline

DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS

• Completely filled-out EastWest Bank Credit Card On-line Application Form
• Photocopy of (1) valid photo-bearing I.D. (i.e. Company I.D., Driver's License, Passport, Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) I.D., SSS I.D., BIR I.D., Voter's I.D., etc.)

If employed, submit:

• Photocopy of Certificate of Compensation Payment/Tax Withheld (BIR Form 2316) and any of the following:
  • Certificate of Employment stating salary
  • Letter of Appointment/Personal Action Memo
  • Salary Adjustment Memo issued within the latest month
  • Latest Month Payslip
  • Latest copy of Service Record for government employees
  • Valid Credit Card Reference or Latest month Statement of Account subject to card reference criteria

If Self-employed, submit:

• Latest ITR
• Audited Financial Statements

If Local Resident Foreigner, submit:

• Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR)
• Visa and Work Permit
• For diplomat or embassy personnel, visa and embassy certification are required
• For expatriates employed in the Top 1000 corporations, Certificate of Employment stating salary and tenure are required.

Reminders:

• Complete the application form and place NA where Not Applicable.
• Applications without supporting documents or with incomplete information will not be processed.
• EastWest Bank reserves the right to request for additional requirements when processing the application.
• Do not enclose payment. Applicable fees will be charged to the Card once application is approved.
