Enrollment Procedures

For Individual clients:

1. Access the bank's website, www.eastwestbanker.com and click on "Enroll Now" at the upper left box on the Home page.

2. Click on "I Agree" to confirm having read and fully understood the Terms and Conditions covering the NetAccess Agreement.

3. Fill up the enrollment form indicating details on Personal Information, the Accounts you want to enroll in NetAccess and your User ID and Password.

4. Click on the "Submit" button to electronically submit the accomplished form to the branch where your accounts are maintained.

   NOTE: You may also personally visit your branch and fill up/sign the Online Banking Enrollment Form and the Internet Banking Agreement.

5. Submit a hard-copy of your signed application form to your branch of account. To display the printable format of your application form, first log-on to NetAccess using your nominated username and password. Click on “Print” then sign the printed form.
   
   If you are unable to visit your branch of account, the signed form may be sent through fax to enroll for NetAccess use. Click here to locate your branch of account for the facsimile number.

For Corporate clients:

1. The company shall be required to submit the following documents to its maintaining branch:

   - Board Resolution or Partnership Resolution authorizing the availment of the facility. The Resolution shall specify the account numbers to be enrolled and the designated personnel authorized to use the facility.

   - Accomplished NetAccess Application Form indicating details such as account numbers to be enrolled, designated users and authority to do fund transfers. The application form shall be signed by authorized signatories of the company.

2. After branch personnel has approved the application, the branch shall advise the client by sending a letter to each authorized user containing the assigned User ID and Password.
