BRANCH REQUIREMENTS (METRO MANILA AND PROVINCIAL)
BRANCH HEADS
(Makati, Taguig, Mandaluyong, Pasig City, Ortigas Center, San Juan, Marikina, Binondo, Divisoria, Potrero, Northbay, Novaliches, West Avenue, Muntinlupa, General Trias, Lipa City, San Pablo City, Naga City, Balanga , Cebu, Iligan City, Butuan )
- Plan, direct and implement strategies to attain branch profitability/ volume target
- Graduate of a Bachelor degree in Business or equivalent
- With at least three (3) years of work experience as Branch Manager or Business Manager in a commercial or universal bank
- Ability to speak Chinese would be an advantage
- With proven track record in sales and marketing, account solicitation and management
SERVICE HEADS
(Makati, Mandaluyong, Marikina, Ortigas, Del Monte, Binondo, Divisoria, Northbay, Banawe, Soler, Muntinlupa, Las Piñas, General Trias, San Pablo City, Butuan)
- Daily supervision and monitoring of branch operations, ensuring effective service delivery and compliance to Bank’s policies and procedures
- Graduate of a Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent
- With at least two (2) years work experience in branch operations in a supervisory capacity
SALES OFFICERS
(Baclaran, Muntinlupa, Makati, Mandaluyong, Ortigas Center, Roosevelt, Cubao, South Triangle, Potrero, Northbay, Novaliches, Grace Park, Divisoria, Binondo, Lucena, Lipa City, General Trias, San Pablo City, Butuan, Cauayan)
- Account solicitation and maintenance of the branch with the objective of hitting required volume target
- Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent
- With at least two (2) years experience in selling bank products and services, soliciting deposits/term accounts from prospective clients
- With strong sales and marketing, account solicitation and management; preferably with existing account portfolio
TELLERS
(Makati, Mandaluyong, Pasig, Greenhills, New Manila, Ortigas, Taytay, Binondo, Divisoria, T Alonzo, Banawe, UN Avenue, Tomas Morato, Intramuros, West Avenue, General Trias, San Pablo City, Tarlac, Dagupan, Iloilo, Cebu, Cagayan de Oro, Davao, Zamboanga, Butuan)
- Provide excellent customer service for the branch’s over the counter financial transactions
- Open to fresh graduates with Bachelor’s degree with pleasant disposition, customer service and well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS applications
NEW ACCOUNTS ASSOCIATES
(Makati, Alabang, Ortigas, Del Monte, Regalado, West Avenue, Divisoria, General Trias, San Pablo City, Cebu, Davao)
- Processing account opening and promote the Bank’s products and services to existing and potential clients
- Open to fresh graduates with Bachelor’s degree with pleasant disposition, customer service and well developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS applications

HEAD OFFICE REQUIREMENTS
ACCOUNT OFFICERS (CORPORATE BANKING)
- Account solicitation, credit evaluation, analysis and recommend credit facilities/ loan proposals
- Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent
- With at least three (3) years experience in sales and marketing, portfolio and fund management in a commercial or universal bank
SENIOR INFORMATION SYSTEMS AUDITORS
- Supervise and conduct general and application control review within the limits of internal audit
- Graduate of Accountancy or Computer Science, preferably a Certified Public Accountant
- With 5 years experience in IS auditing or Information Technology Operation in a bank
- Must be highly analytical and has keen attention for details
AUDITORS
- Conduct regular and special audit of head office units and branches of the bank
- Must be a Certified Public Accountant ; At least one (1) year experience in Banking
- Must be willing to do field work
POLICIES & PROCEDURES OFFICERS
- Draft, review, evaluate and release policies and procedures following the Bank’s format and design
- Graduate of any Business course, preferably in accounting or Industrial Engineering
- With 2 – 5 years experience in policy formulation and writing
- With actual experience in branch and head office operation or in internal audit
- Above average communication, interpersonal , analytical and business writing skills
- Proficient in MS applications
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES (CREDIT CARDS)
- Assist cardholders on various inquiries and complaints over the phone
- Open to fresh graduates of a Bachelor’s degree who are willing to work in shifts and be based in Makati; experience in customer service is also an advantage
- Must be available for immediate employment
TELEMARKETING ASSOCIATES (CREDIT CARDS)
- Offer EWB Credit Cards to prospective cardholders and promote various marketing usage program to existing cardholders of the bank
- Open to fresh graduates with Bachelor’s degree who are results driven, customer focused and with sales inclination ; experience in telemarketing is also an advantage
- Must be available for immediate employment
COLLECTION ASSOCIATES (CREDIT CARDS)
- Perform collection efforts through consistent call outs and negotiate payment arrangement schemes
- Open to fresh graduates with Bachelor’s degree with who are results driven, can work under pressure and extended hours
- Willing to be assigned in Ortigas Center
- Must be available for immediate employment
