HEAD OFFICE REQUIREMENTS
PRODUCT MANAGER (Auto Loans)
- Graduate of Business Management, Marketing or Financial Management
- With at least five (5) years experience in the consumer Auto-financing or other consumer lending businesses, e.g. Housing, personal loans, credit cards; Preferably handled a marketing or product management/product development position
- Will be responsible in developing the overall product and brand strategy for East West Bank’s consumer auto-financing business and will study the market profile, competitive dynamics and the sales/product delivery structure, and recommends a competitive strategy for the product and the business as a whole

CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS ASSOCIATE
- Graduate of communication arts, journalism, masscom, communication research or allied courses
- With excellent writing skills
- Ability to read and analyze financial statements an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office applications

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS ASSOCIATE/OFFICER
- Graduate of Psychology or any Social Science Course
- Minimum of 2 years experience handling payroll and processing of benefits

FINANCIAL ANALYST/BUDGET SUPPORT OFFICER
- Graduate of Management preferably majoring in Financial Management or Accounting
- With at least three (3) years experience in financial modelling and developing operating budgets, data extraction, analysis in a financial services company.
- Will be responsible developing financial models to support the retail lending businesses and for coordinating the preparation of operating budgets, as well as, monitoring and analysis of actual performance vs. budgets.
ACCOUNT OFFICER (Corporate/Commercial Banking)
- Graduate of any Business course
- With at least three (3) years experience as Account Officer in any Universal/Commercial Bank.
- Will be responsible in account solicitation, credit evaluation, analysis and recommending credit facilities/loan proposals.
ACCOUNT OFFICER (Consumer Banking - Auto, Housing, Salary)
- Graduate of any Business course
- With at least one (1) year experience as Account Officer for consumer related products.
- Will be responsible in marketing, evaluating consumer loan applications.
CREDIT RISK OFFICER
- Graduate of Accounting or Economics
- With at least two years (2) experience in credit risk management
- With knowledge in credit risk modeling.
- Will be responsible in drafting and formulating new credit policies and BASEL 2 provisions.
OPERATIONS RISK OFFICER
- Graduate of Accounting or any Business course (CPA will be an advantage)
- With at least three(3) years experience in Banking Operations, audit or risk management
- With background in basic finance, rules and regulations governing local banks and business continuity planning
TRUST MARKETING OFFICER
- Graduate of any four (4) year business course
- With at least three (3) years experience in Trust sales, marketing, and solicitation of accounts.
TRADER
- Graduate of any four (4) year business course
- Must have analytical skills, extensive knowledge of market prices and competition; good communication skills
DEALER COORDINATOR
- Graduate of any 4 year business course
- Experience in auto loans marketing/operations will be an advantage
- Will be responsible in loans processing and soliciting auto loan applications from various Car Dealers
AUTOMATED SYSTEMS OFFICER
- Graduate of BS Accountancy , BS Industrial Engineering or any Business related course
- Experience in Automated Systems Project Management will be an advantage
- Will be responsible in evaluation of business requirement specifications for automation projects and preparation of Operations Manual
BANK SECURITY OFFICER
- Graduate of BS Criminology or other related courses
- Experience as Company preferably in any Bank as Security Officer will be an advantage
MARKETING ASSOCIATE
- Graduate of any 4 year business course
- Must have good analytical skills;
- With good oral and written communication skills;
- Will be responsible in assisting Account Officers in servicing of accounts and handling of the documentation of accounts
CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT (Credit Card Call Center)
- Graduate of any Business-related course
- With at least one (1) year work experience in a call center
- Must have good communication skills
FINANCIAL AUDIT SPECIALIST
- Graduate of BS Accountancy, preferably a Certified Public Accountant
- Experience in Banking (audit and Bank Operations) will be an advantage
- Will be responsible for evaluating and auditing different units and branches of the Bank
COLLECTION ASSOCIATE
- Graduate of any Business course
- Experience in collection for any Credit Card company will be an advantage
- Will be responsible in performing collection efforts through call outs and negotiate payment arrangement schemes.
ACCOUNTING SPECIALISTS
- Graduate of BS Accountancy;
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
- Experience in Banking will be an advantage
- Will be responsible for the preparation of the Bank’s financial/internal/external regulatory reports
FINANCIAL ANALYST
- Graduate of B.S. Accountancy; (Certified Public Accountant (CPA) will be an advantage)
- Good analytical skills for both financial and non-financials;
- Proficient in Microsoft programs such as but not limited to Excel, Powerpoint and Word

SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR (SysAd)
- Experienced and proficient in Systems Administration principles required to support a variety of systems e.g. HP-UX, Solaris, Windows, Linux. Experienced in installation, administration, maintenance, tuning and trouble-shooting of systems.
PROJECT MANAGER (PM)
- At lease two (2) years experience in Project Management principles required to support Bank systems. Has the discipline of organizing and managing resources in a way that the project is completed within defined scope, quality, time and cost constraints.
SYSTEMS ANALYST (SA)
- At lease two (2) years experience in Systems Analysis principles required to support a system project. Experienced in researches, planning and recommending software and system choices to meet Bank requirements. Responsible for developing cost analysis, design considerations, and implementation schedule.
SOFTWARE DEVELOPER (Programmer)
- Experience and proficient in Software Engineering principles required to support Bank systems. With skills in : VB, ASP, .NET, Java, PHP, Javascript, HTML, Ajax, SQL.
SOFTWARE DEVELOPER TRAINEE (Programmer - Trainee)
- Computer Science graduate with high scholastic achievement (Dean’s lister).
JUNIOR Q.A. SPECIALIST
- College Graduate, preferably Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology Course or any related business courses
- At least 1 year experience in Quality Assurance and Documentation, fresh graduates can also be considered
- Knowledge in MS Office, Flowcharting and basic understanding of systems development is a must
- Working knowledge of the Quality Assurance and System Development Life Cycle is an advantage
