HEAD OFFICE REQUIREMENTS
COLLECTION ASSOCIATES/SPECIALISTS
- Graduate of any Business course
- Open to fresh graduates
- Detailed, results- oriented and career driven
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Experience in collection for any Credit Card company will be an advantage
- Will be responsible in performing collection efforts through call outs and negotiate payment arrangement schemes
APPRAISERS
- Graduate of any Engineering/Architecture course
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Will be in charge of evaluation and determination of the properties offered as collateral
- Willing to do fieldwork
ACCOUNTING SPECIALISTS
- Graduate of BS Accountancy
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
- Experience in Banking will be an advantage
- Will be responsible for the preparation of the Bank’s financial/internal/external regulatory reports
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES- (Credit Card Call Center)
- Graduate of any Business-related course
- With at least one (1) year work experience in a call center
- Must have good communication skills
MARKETING ASSOCIATE (Corporate Banking, Auto Loans Marketing)
- Graduate of any 4 year business course
- Must have good analytical skills;
- With good oral and written communication skills;
- Will be responsible in assisting Account Officers in servicing of accounts and handling of the documentation of accounts
ACCOUNT OFFICER (Corporate/Commercial Banking)
- Graduate of any Business course
- With at least three (3) years experience as Account Officer in any Universal/Commercial Bank
- Will be responsible in account solicitation, credit evaluation, analysis and recommending credit facilities/loan proposals.
ACCOUNT OFFICER (Housing)
- Graduate of any Business course
- With at least one (1) year experience as Account Officer for consumer related products.
- Will be responsible in marketing, evaluating consumer loan applications.
QUALITY CONTROL OFFICERS (Branch Operations)
- Graduate of any Business course
- With 3- 5 years experience in handling Branch operations
- Good communication skills
FINANCIAL ANALYST/BUDGET SUPPORT OFFICER
- Graduate of Management preferably majoring in Financial Management or Accounting
- With at least three (3) years experience in financial modelling and developing operating budgets, data extraction, and analysis in a financial services company.
- Will be responsible developing financial models to support the retail lending businesses and for coordinating the preparation of operating budgets, as well as, monitoring and analysis of actual performance vs. budgets.
JR. / SR. AUDITORS (Branch/Head Office)
- Graduate of BS Accountancy, preferably a Certified Public Accountant
- Experience in Banking (audit and Bank Operations) will be an advantage
- Will be responsible for evaluating and auditing different units and branches of the Bank
FINANCIAL ANALYST
- Graduate of B.S. Accountancy; (Certified Public Accountant (CPA) will be an advantage)
- Good analytical skills for both financial & non-financials;
- Proficient in Microsoft programs such as but not limited to Excel, Powerpoint and Word

BRANCH REQUIREMENTS (METRO MANILA & PROVINCIAL)
BRANCH HEAD
- Graduate of any Business-related course
- With at least three (3) years related bank experience
- Will be responsible in over-all management of Branch Marketing & Operations
BRANCH SERVICE HEAD
- Graduate of any 4 year business course
- Minimum 2 years experience as Branch Operations Officer or have handled both Branch Cashier and Branch Accountant positions in any Commercial/Universal Bank
- Will be responsible for the over-all Branch Operations
BRANCH SALES OFFICER
- Graduate of any 4 year business course
- With at least 2 years experience in a Sales/Marketing function in a bank or any financial institution
- Will be responsible in account solicitation for the branch and assisting in the servicing and maintenance of existing account holders
BRANCH CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE (Teller)
- Graduate of any 4 year business course
- Will be responsible in client/account servicing in the branch
BRANCH SALES ASSOCIATE
- Graduate of any 4 year business course
- Will be responsible for handling and processing account opening, and other bank products

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY GROUP REQUIREMENTS
SOFTWARE DEVELOPER (PROGRAMMER)
- Experience and proficient in Software Engineering principles required to support Bank systems. With skills in: VB, ASP, .NET, Java, PHP, Javascript, HTML, Ajax, SQL.
