BillsCollect is a facility whereby the Bank serves as your payment center, accepting payments in cash or in check. Thus eliminating the need for you to set up collection offices or hire collecting agents.

On Time Crediting

All payments accepted through our network are credited to your account immediately, within the same day. Now's there's no need to wait for the cut-off period before you go to the Bank and deposit collections received for the day.

Simplified Consolidation of Payments

With the systematized procedures of BillsCollect, the physical handling of payments and consolidation of collections are eliminated. The Bank will provide you with a daily summary of collections received through the network, transmitted to you online or via electronic file transfer.

ChequeDepot

When you're handling a substantial volume of postdated checks, East West Bank's ChequeDepot comes as a welcome tool to manage these checks.

ChequeDepot is a specially-designed facility by which the Bank takes care of the safekeeping and warehousing of postdated checks, for credit to your account as soon as they fall due. You are assured that the checks will be credited to your account on time, every time.

Systemized Inventory Keeping

With ChequeDepot, manual tracking of postdated checks will be a thing of the past. That's because the Bank uses an inventory monitoring program that easily tracks down checks based on value date. When the checks are turned over to the Bank, you will receive periodic reports detailing checks in custody on a daily, monthly, or yearly basis, online or via electronic file transfer.

Security and Safe Handling

All checks in custody will be placed in a fireproof box and kept inside the Bank's vault. This will give you the peace of mind knowing your checks are kept safe and secured.

As an added benefit, the Bank can arrange to pick up your postdated checks together with your cash deposits.

Collect@Site
