This end-to-end solution from check cutting to account reconciliation is a necessary tool for corporate clients with high volume disbursements. The ChequePrepare is packed with all the time-saving, cost-efficient features companies would surely appreciate.

Electronic Transmission of Data

Payment instructions are sent to the Bank online in a secured, encrypted file. As an added security, the Bank usually asks for confirmation and a letter of authorization before the checks are prepared.

Check Cutting

Now you don't need to do tedious typing of checks and vouchers individually. With the ChequePrepare, the Bank undertakes the preparation of checks to payees on your behalf. Checks are issued with accompanying vouchers to include payment details. The checks also serve as an advertisement tool since they can be personalized to carry your company's logo.

Check Disbursement

Say goodbye to your check releasing counters. Use the Bank's branch network to release checks directly to the payees through our Personalized Banking Centers for easy and convenient access. We can even arrange for an automatic credit to your payee's East West Bank account to reduce your number of check issuances. However, if you still prefer to do check releases on your own, the Bank can simply turn over the checks to you for centralized releasing.

Online Monitoring

You can easily track and monitor the status of checks with a periodic report detailing the list of checks issued, negotiated, uncollected, or cancelled. You can also inquire about check status online.

Plus the ChequePrepare is equipped with a defined multi-level user ID to ensure that only authorized users can issue payment instructions and guarantee safety of your account.
