With Internet Banking Facility, not only will you be able to view your account balances and transfer funds to other accounts, you can also pay your bills from the convenience of your home or office. If you have not signed-up for Internet Banking Facility, log on to www.eastwestbanker.com. Soon after branch verification and account activation, you can readily set up your billers and start paying your bills!

Over-the-Counter
All you need to do is bring your statement of account (SOA) to the Branch.
Using the Payment Slip from the Forms Table:
- Write down the date of payment, your name, the biller’s name, your subscriber number,
the amount you wish to pay, the mode of payment (cash or check), and your contact number.
- Present the Payment slip with your payment and SOA to the Tellers.

ATMs and other BancNet ATMs
You can pay your bills using your ATM Access Card and Cash Access Prepaid Card at 90 EastWest Bank and 3,900 BancNet ATM terminals nationwide.
Steps to pay:
- Choose Pay Bills from the Main Menu.
- Select the biller category.
- Enter your subscriber number.
- Select account to debit the payment from.
- Enter the amount to be paid.
- Confirm.
Your account will be debited automatically.

BancNet Online
You may also use BancNet Online to pay your bills, aside from checking your balance and transferring
funds to other EastWest Bank accounts. It’s easy and has no charges to use!
Steps to pay:
- Log-on to http://www.bancnetonline.com/.
- Click on the logo of EastWest Bank at the left side of the web page. A separate browser window will open up.
- Read and understand the Terms and Conditions presented on the screen. Click on “I Agree” after.
- Click on “Payment”.
- Choose the Biller/Institution from the drop-down list
- Enter the subscriber number found on the Statement of Account of the biller
- Enter the thirteen (13) numbers embossed above the name at the front of your ATM Access Card.
(Note: Cash Access Prepaid Card may not be used on BancNet Online.)
- Choose the Account Type from the drop-down menu (Savings Account or Checking Account)
- Enter the amount to be paid.
- Use the mouse to enter the PIN number on the numeric pin-pad. This PIN is the same PIN used to access cash from ATM terminals.
- Click on "Submit".
- Verify the payment details on the pop-up browser window. Click on “Ok”.
- You may print the Transaction Receipt or write down the Trace Number of the transaction.
